Unfortunately, because this quality is accompanied by a completely boorish attitude of the staff.
No banal etiquette of communication: neither hello, nor goodbye. Disparaging monosyllabic answers to any questions. Rural attitude, covered by renovation.
The cherry on the cake is the stripes on the printed documents and the employee's comment: what can I do - such a printer!
It remains to be hoped that the management still realizes that employees work not only with computers, but also with people, and will take appropriate measures.
It was a pity to receive such a service.

Terrible! I placed an order, came to pick up according to the specified opening time, and here.... closed. Independently change the working hours without notifying the client. They just posted a modified mode of operation printed on paper. Data on the readiness of the order was received on the day of arrival, but not a word about the changed work schedule.. Contacted by phone, I did not receive any clear information: "it happened, it happened" Irresponsible approach to customers!

I applied for the design of a badge, the template of which is saved with them, because the director of the organization approved a single template, to which the girl could not clearly answer whether they had this template, and whether she could do it, as a result, the next day I, with an already photographed template, arrived where the application was accepted, and approval for viber has not been reset for the 3rd day, although the order has been paid
