The Vatican Museum. Huge. You can walk around the halls all day, it is convenient that there are terraces where you can relax in the fresh air. Have a snack at the restaurant. The Sistine Chapel is divine. St. Peter's Cathedral Peter is unforgettable. I want to come back again and again. I definitely recommend it.
Who comes to Rome... The first thing they do is visit the Vatican Museums, ... It is equivalent to not visiting the Red Square when they arrive in Moscow!!!
If they walk by themselves, they gallop across Europe...If they go with a guide, the tour is short for about 3 hours and a visit to the Pinakothek is not included, or very rarely and running. But knowledgeable people go to the Pinakothek separately.... because it is very interesting and time is needed!! This is a separate museum!! I live in Rome and of course I went and had tours!! But at the moment, almost everything is suspended, to the great regret of the Whole World!!!

The originals of Caravaggio's masterpieces and others, the air conditioning is working, it is not crowded, since the main flows of tourists do not go there. Along with the tour, the Vatican Museum/Sistine Chapel/You can get to St. Peter's Cathedral without queuing - to do this, talk to the guide and after the chapel do not go directly to the Cathedral, but return to the Pinakothek, then you will go to the Cathedral without problems and queues. The price for one without a queue is 42 euros (look for Russian touts on the square)
