I was glad to visit Pink cloud. A cafe in a modern pink interior, created for romantic dates and friendly meetings. A place where you can relax after working days and dream. I liked eating. I especially want to mention the desserts – balanced in taste, pleasant sweet taste, not reaching the point of cloying.

A wonderful cafe. Very pink and fluffy) sooooo nice staff. A huge menu with interesting drinks, delicious food with Instagram feed, average prices. You can sit inside, or you can take a takeaway. After spending time in the cafe, there were pleasant impressions. The interior is interesting, the hall is clean. The waiter was attentive, friendly and prudent. The menu was varied, all the dishes that were ordered were delicious. I especially liked the chicken waffle, it was just amazingly delicious, now I will come back for it again and again. Delicious rich coffee is a separate like.

It's a cool idea, but it's not finalized at all. I was led by my friend to a beautiful Instagram, but in fact - the wall is covered in incomprehensible mold, the barista brings the wrong order, then we were "lucky" to get to the arrival of his friends - they swore obscenities, behaved terribly. The mood was spoiled, the impression was the same. There were no questions about the food that was brought the second time, but for this price, it's not something "wow".

Insanely delicious Viennese waffle with chicken and poached egg, cheesecakes with chocolate and peach are also on the level.
There is a winter menu from which I tried raf with the taste of gingerbread - I'm ready to come back here again and again for it 🤤
I was pleased with the service: the smiling administrator helped me decide on the dishes, which is very important to me)

This is a wonderful place, I really liked the interior, I was here twice in the afternoon and in the evening. In the evening, the dimmed lights and neon atmosphere create a special vibe that you don't want to leave! Desserts, drinks and food are at the highest level! Now there is a waffle with shrimp in my heart, everything is very fresh and delicious, I took strawberry Raf coffee, I really liked it, the rich taste, they do not regret the syrup (like many). We visit this institution more than once, we always like the cuisine and drinks, they are very tasty and rich, the Pink branded Raf is difficult to snatch, they are constantly disassembled. We showed the employee a story on Instagram that said "20% discount on weekdays Monday, Tuesday when showing this story," the girl answered us well and we were waiting for the bill. A minute later, an employee came up to us, saying that the promotion was valid only before the order. We were upset and decided to make sure that it was written in history. Having not seen the story, since it was deleted, we suspected something was wrong, deciding to watch the updates. And when we looked through the stories, we saw an updated story with the caption "before ordering". We were upset by this incident, and we do not recommend this institution. Being deceived is unpleasant...

It all started very well: a friendly employee, a pleasant atmosphere, delicious dishes, but after that it was time to pay the bill. we showed the employee a story on Instagram in which it was written "when showing the story, there is a 20% discount on Monday and Tuesday until 17:00 on the main menu," the employee told us well, but after a minute she came up again and said that the promotion is valid provided that the story is shown before orders. We decided to make sure of this, went to the Instagram account and saw that the story had been deleted, and then updated and the inscription "before ordering" appeared
It is a pity that such situations spoil the whole impression of the cafe.

One of the best establishments in Minsk in the World. Cozy, very beautiful interior. The kitchen is generally a delight. Signature pancakes and waffles with extremely delicious sauce and always fresh filling. Excellent zoning, no sense of crowds.
The staff is very pleasant, they always tell you about the menu, prepare delicious coffee. They also have original desserts here, which deserves special attention.
11 out of 10, I definitely recommend it

Is it bad or very bad? No, as bad as possible! I may have stumbled upon a confluence of circumstances, but let's start from the beginning.
1) We wanted to hold a small event for 10 people. I clarified in advance about the date and booking rules for such a company. The answer was this: you only need to book a table in advance (pre-order or prepayment is not needed). I immediately thought how cool! A male voice spoke to me on the phone, it was the only nice employee throughout the entire further communication.
2) Three days before the event, I write to the Instagram acc about booking, then it turns out that a deposit of 15 rubles per person is needed. I specify where the deposit came from, they answer that they did not look at the date and it turns out that they always have a full landing on the weekend (that's hilarious). Gritting my heart, I agree, but only because there is no way to look for another place and replay all the plans.
3) We arrive in advance on the day of the event. From the threshold, we are asked for a deposit (and asked about it 3 more times!). Not a normal greeting, or for example to tell how the evening will be held from the service side, etc.
4) It's the middle of November in the courtyard of the cafe, the decor for Halloween is hanging (at the same time, it's not very successful, for a too decorated space, you don't understand what's stuck on top of anything, but this is already a very personal opinion). Of course, immediately 70% of the photos are negative, since this decor greatly interfered with the photo. Next, we were provided with a zone with shifted tables: where 4 tables were square and 2 round, it didn't look very good, respectively, and it wasn't so cozy/comfortable to sit at them, I asked to rearrange the tables, to which I was told that round tables in a separate zone would not look very good (quote!!!) I insisted that the tables be moved after all, it was very strange.
5) Service throughout the evening: disgusting, they asked several times-demanded a deposit, then snapped back more than once, in general, there was no one else in the cafe at first, then a few couples came, but in fact our tables would still be unoccupied, sold out (as they assured earlier) there was no.
6) The kitchen is not separated by anything, there is a very strong smell in the room itself. The dishes are very mediocre, the tea is not hot, and in general, I didn't like it so much that it just crashed.
7) The vaunted pink wall in disgusting black streaks, it was impossible to take pictures. I REALLY REGRET that I chose this place!

Not an isolated kitchen, as a result, sounds and aromas fill the hall. Tiny tables, it is convenient to drink only coffee at them, and the plates on which the dishes are served barely fit ...
I managed to try only one item from the menu. So, cheesecakes are generally 2 stars out of 5. They are too mealy, chocolate is not chocolate at all, but chocolate-nut paste only resembles chocolate in color... Coffee... Coffee seems to be normal)
And, and an Instagram toilet, if anyone is interested)

To be honest, I can't understand how in 2023, with the level of establishments in Minsk, establishments of such a low level can open.
If you think that a crumble is a broken cookie "Slodych" with pieces of apple, then I don't understand at all why you decided to open an institution with food)
Without negativity, I just suggest working out the concept and message of your institution.
Because with the level of service that exists in Minsk, there simply cannot and should not be such establishments)
P.S. I don't know how long you have been open, but the appearance is already suffering too.

It says on the door that they work from 9:00, they came at 9:30, there is no one, everything is closed. From the outside, the windows look like they are under construction, all dusty and dirty. The waiters are not attentive, there are no elementary pepper and salt on the tables, napkins are not on all tables. The interior is very cheap. I liked the food.

A couple of days later they came to the institution and the girl was not allowed to use the toilet. The floor of the establishment was dirty. And the cook from the kitchen could be heard screaming. The mood was ruined! One star!!!
