The order for March 8, to put it mildly, was horrified)) I have not seen a worse bouquet, starting from crumpled paper, which apparently 10 more bouquets were packed before, ending with crumpled buds of not super first freshness and different lengths, as if they were collected in puffs, in the first photo a bouquet 5 minutes after receiving from the courier (unfortunately my boyfriend does not understand flowers, I would return immediately back).
The bow on the package was completely wet and untied, the price of the bouquet is about 600 rubles, does it look like this amount????
When chatting on Instagram, the store said that everything is OK and sees no problems
I had to repack in another store (what happened after repacking at another store in the second photo)
I DON'T RECOMMEND IT

I ordered a bouquet of peony-shaped roses, which cost me 178 bel. rub.
A special remedy was added to the water, but on the second day the flowers began to look terrible. On the third, they wilted completely.
(Taking into account the fact that they changed the water and added a special remedy)
I contacted the store and was offered a 20% discount on my next purchase. Which, of course, I refused and will not order more in this store.

Disgusting service. Don't set foot there anymore. We ordered a bouquet on 17.09 with registration for 23.09. We agreed on the time, and when we arrived to pick it up, the staff had no idea that such a bouquet was ordered. Explaining this by saying that "they did not receive the message, on request." Okay. Good. We ordered roses and a bouquet on Thursday morning, they initially said 43 rubles, in the evening at 20:00 they called, said that it goes like a wedding bouquet, and for 5 roses instead of 43 rubles, it will cost 80!!! Actually, what is the reason for such a cheat?! Wedding bouquets, as far as I know, are expensive because of the large number of flowers. But for 5 roses for 7 rubles, give 80, sorry ...))

Hello, everyone. I tell you the situation , I ordered flowers 4 days before the appointed date . The flowers were supposed to be delivered at 10 a.m. At 10:20, I already wrote to the store, they replied that in 15 minutes the flowers would only arrive and send them to me. With grief, the flowers were delivered at 11:20. I called the salesman from the store, who talked to me in a rude manner and in raised tones. The packaging in which the flowers were packed stank of cigarettes . To which the seller said: "Yes, this can not be . The courier does not smoke , and smoking is prohibited in the delivery car ." One bouquet was as I asked , the second was like an open bouquet , completely ugly and tasteless . Disgusting attitude towards customers . Delivery is delayed by almost an hour and a half . I will never order here again.
