But here's the maintenance.. they answered the questions in monosyllables, I did not see any interest in the order, they did not explain the fabrics, but simply showed where the samples hang. There seemed to be a lot of consultants, but despite the weekday daytime and few clients made a chilly appearance and ran around the hall. I attribute everything to the Soviet trade education of sellers. To rejuvenate the staff.

Frankly, I do not understand so many laudatory reviews about this store. We were "lucky" to encounter a complete lack of service as such. Quite a long time ago, we picked up a sofa through the website, came to the store to choose the upholstery and place an order. Twice we turned to an unoccupied manager in the hall with an absolutely direct and understandable intention to purchase, but both times the manager left us after a couple of minutes, leaving us the "opportunity" to dig ourselves among the fabric materials, which we completely do not understand. She told us the collections suitable for stitching the chosen sofa and left without even trying to show the slightest bit of interest in us as customers. We didn't try any further and just left, quite angry, to be honest.
Management definitely needs to pay attention to the competencies of employees and tell them what customer orientation is, since they do not understand this. For a sofa that costs far from 500 rubles, it was very unpleasant to receive such a "service". At least the manufacturer has lost us as customers.

We wanted to buy a bed on Saturday, we chose a model. We were sent to another store where there is such a bed in stock. The woman worked in that store for the second day and barely understood how to use the program. As a result, 3 hours of torment and we get to the warehouse after paying for the bed and mattress. But that was not the case, two large holes in the packaging immediately caught my eye, I opened it to look, and the headboard was damaged by something. We asked to pick up the exhibition bed, which was refused by the management, allegedly there is no loader who can disassemble it. We had the tools, and the purchase receipt, too, but they didn't let us sort it out ourselves. After the refund, we went to another pinskdrev store, where they refused to sell us the same bed from the warehouse because there was no one to take it out. On Sunday, we went to another pinskdrev store near the MKAD at the exit to the lake, immediately showed this bed and what we were ready to buy. After that, we were given to understand that they should not be touched on weekends. They say there are no movers, there is no warehouse for you here, in general, order online and they will bring you. In the end, we went to a nearby furniture store and found an even better bed there than it was in pinskdreve)

Probably the largest store at pinskdrev? And I am glad for the domestic producers. If 3 years ago, when buying a sofa, I did not even consider them, then today I would have bought 5 models. And my delight was caused by the cabinet furniture - the color, textures and models of the tower, which cannot be said about the kitchens-not one of the presented ones was not impressed.

Компания производит довольно качественную мебель с интересным дизайном.
Однако сервис, как во многих гос. Компаниях страдает. Стоимость мебели выше среднего уровня, ожидаешь соответствующего сервиса, но нет.
Условия рассрочки для предпринимателя, унизительны и оскорбительны.
Объем требуемых документов удивляет, задаёшься вопросом,"Я вообще мебель пришёл покупать"!
Справка об отсутствии задолженности перед бюджетом, справка об размере исчесляемых налогов из налоговой, справка об уровне дохода. Это ещё не все, нужны ещё поручители.
К примеру, в Ами мебель, я оформил две кровати за полчаса, вечером привезли.

Огромная территория. Лабиринты из шикарной мебели. Просто огромный выбор. Цены конечно высокие, но бывают скидки и акции. Говорят, что отличные условия по рассрочке. Продавец помогла с выбором.

Приехала посмотреть определенный диван, проконсультироваться. Оказалось что продавцы незаинтересованны в покупателях и просто высиживают свое время на работе, 5 минут консультации, на вопрос что ещё можете посоветовать из разряда такого дивана что мне понравился консультант ответила ничего больше нет. Хотя пробыв в магазине 30 минут я нашла схожие диваны и по размеру мне подходящие.

Хотела приобрести кресло в Пинскдрев. Смотрела на сайте в феврале, потом в апреле (цена 543р). И вот ,ОНО, акция!!? Цена (внимание 541р). Скидка прописана 30%. Не нужно быть великим математиком, чтобы понять, что разница в 2р никак не 30%. Стала задавать вопросы, на что мне ответили, якобы они повысили!!цены в начале мая (в моем случае др 807р!!)

Купили в Твери диван данного производителя. Привезли по срокам за месяц диван с браком в сиденье была лопнута деталь и царапанные ножки покрытые по царапинам лаком. Отправили на замену. Ждали ещё 43 дня. В итоге привезли тот же диван. Ножки все в царапинах и только трещину залили клеем. Производитель не заморачивается по поводу качества выпускаемой продукции. В результате потеряли практически 3 месяца времени и нервы попортили. Думаю обратиться в Роспоьребнадзор.

На 1-м этаже дешёвая мебель, не на что особо смотреть. Второй этаж массив в основном. Выбор есть, но под мой размер стол не смог найти. Хотел купить 2 тумбы, прождал мин.20 точно, но девушки - консультанты так и не смогли уделить время ( 2 человека на весь зал было) в будний день... В итоге поехал в Молодечномебель и купил тумбы лучше по дизайну и по цене.
