The best Pinskdrev store. They suggested a model, ordered it from another city, quickly brought it, delivered it. Super! Well done! Thanks a lot :) Well, there is no need to talk about the quality of furniture - one of the best manufacturers in Belarus.

We ordered a bed in August, they brought it to us only in October, and in December it already started to creak. In response to numerous statements and requests, there were only calls asking "look what's creaking there". That's it! There is no action! And this is with a valid warranty, as if they are stalling for time. Apparently, we will resolve this issue in court.

The Halva terminal did not work in Slutsk pinskdrev ( Maxim Bogdanovich ave. 19 ) ( check in advance ? - Nope). We were told that why didn't we ask about halva in advance. And just two days before we came to pay for what we had chosen, we called and asked if it was possible to pay for halva. So, we came on 20.03- sorry, it doesn't work, it already happened a few days ago, let's call tomorrow morning about the terminal and call you back RIGHT AWAY. The next day I didn't wait for the call and called at 15:30. They said that the terminal is for replacement, this time is over, wait 2 days from the bank, and then another week from the office. ( Well, okay, it happens )
We needed a bed already on 21.03!!! and if it hadn't been for the terminal, it would certainly have been delivered that day, on 03/24 we thought of calling pinskdrev Lenin 9A in Soligorsk ourselves. We clarified whether it was possible to pay for halva and bring furniture to Slutsk, despite the fact that we were told that there was something in the Slutsk warehouse that we wanted to buy. They answered me in such a tone, as if I was asking stupid questions and was tired of my questions, but they said that it was possible. We immediately took the next train, arrived - only when we decided to turn on the terminal. They said that it did not turn on either, the staff at first assumed: because it had been turned off for a long time. And excuses: "well, why should we turn on and withdraw a zero check every day, halva has not been used here for a long time."
One of the employees surprised me with her lack of knowledge of the assortment. And arrogant behavior (who was sitting at the computer). When asked if there was still a store in Soligorsk, one of the employees replied that there was none. Fortunately, another employee said that there was, but it was useless for us to go there and apparently Halva would not work for them either, that it was just that the organization had not extended something in the whole Pinsk tree, and we would have to wait a week. We still called another pinskdrev in Soligorsk (Oktyabrskaya 43A). They said that their manager monitors such moments so that everything works and you can pay from them. Great, at least something, we paid and drove back to Slutsk. Since it was Sunday, and we were in another city, we did not have time to go to the Slutsk store.
We went to the store on Monday (25.03) to arrange delivery (finally).
We rewrote the sale to the seller of Slutsk, and finally called about the delivery time to negotiate. They said there was no way today. There is already a delivery there .
But we asked to insist that the furniture be brought on 25.03.
I remind you: if the work of the terminals was checked, we could pay for everything on 20.03 and get 21 or 22 already. And if we hadn't gone to Soligorsky pinskdrev ourselves, which checks the operation of the terminal, we would probably have waited at least another week.
My husband and I have spent so much nerves on this, we are mentally exhausted. This is not a furniture purchase, but a trial and hassle. "THANK YOU."
And about the quality that turned out to be by the bed, it is generally necessary to write a separate review 🤦🏻♀️
