We stayed in the guest house for two days. We liked everything: friendly, courteous staff, cleanliness. A nice bonus was free coffee and tea. A big plus of the hotel is its location in the historical part of the city. There were a lot of cafes, bars around, and there were no problems with food. Just keep in mind that the portions are very large) It would be possible to slightly lower the rating for strong audibility in the rooms, but during our stay there were no noisy neighbors, so it did not bother us. Thank you to the staff for the comfort and coziness!

A wonderful hotel in the very center of Pinsk. Literally 50 meters and you're on the main street of the city. Everything from the reception to the magnolia tree next to the summer terrace is perfect. Very nice and competent girls meet, the rooms are clean, there is everything you need - a hairdryer, slippers, water, tea, coffee. By the way, the reception has freshly brewed coffee for guests around the clock, delicious. There are very hearty breakfasts and lunches at quite affordable prices. The service in the cafe is also excellent. In general, there's not a bit to dislike, everything is fine.

And now the cons:
- a double room (I was on a business trip with a partner) measuring 2.5 by 4 meters - it won't accelerate, but the ceilings are under 4 meters - you won't bury your head. But there is such an echo in the room that any squeak turns into thunder. The walls are very thin and the audibility is such that the neighbors in the other room are "visible". I had a toilet in the next room behind the wall at the head of the bed - it felt like everything that was being done there was being done on my head. The roommate is snoring, the neighbor behind the wall is snoring 5 times harder, the echo, the resonance... In short, it's 4 nights and everyone is awake.
- the bathroom is of the minimum sanitary type. And it is the minimum. I will try to describe the shower - a platform made of tiles 60 by 60 cm, secured with a curtain. I didn't get in there. While dodging the curtain, he touched the faucet with water and turned it into pure hot water. The water is very hot ...

Nice hotel. Small, cozy rooms in a classic style. The room has everything you need - a kettle, mugs, tea bags and a refrigerator. Cleanliness , good bed linen , towels. There is a TV in the room. It is possible to order breakfast in the room.
We were satisfied with the stay, but there are a number of nuances.
Of the cons:
1. The air conditioner was making a lot of noise in the room
2. The hotel has a hall where the wedding took place, even with the windows closed, the room was very noisy until late at night.
3. Lack of a bathrobe and hygiene products: a dental cleaning kit must be purchased separately. A tiny bag of shower gel, no hair conditioner. The price of hygiene products is such that it was cheaper to buy everything in the store, which we did, but for our price, usually all this is already included in the room rate.

Very nice hotel, nice rooms, excellent breakfast, good location- the very center, some rooms have a view of the Pina River, the rooms have a view of the Catholic cathedral or a courtyard like a park). I recommend. The only drawback is that if the banquet hall of the hotel hosts a celebration of birthdays and weddings, you need to be ready to listen to music and the sounds of festivities until 11 p.m.

The place is very pleasant, the staff is polite, clean, cozy, the food is delicious, drinking water in the hallway, tea and coffee for free and unlimited, a set of dishes in the room. The location is simply gorgeous, in the historical center, between the embankment and the pedestrian street.
But there are disadvantages that are completely incomprehensible for a hotel of this level and for such a price!
1. Terrible audibility in the rooms. An ordinary conversation is heard in the next room, as if there are no walls at all.
2. The air conditioner and refrigerator are very noisy, it is impossible to sleep with them (although they are there - this is a plus).
3. There are no sockets at all in the area of the bed. Not a single one. I've been to a lot of places, I met this for the first time.
Therefore, 4 stars, not 5.

Advantages of the hotel: location, free tea, coffee at the reception, slippers , kettle in the room with tea set. Cons: audibility (I read in the reviews now I've seen for myself), the smell of the kitchen, there is no heated towel rail in the bathroom so it's cool there, there are no cabinets in the room completely, there are none at all, no shelves or chest of drawers. Pinsk is a small city, so the choice of hotels is limited, which is exactly what the owners of the and-so-will-do hotel use. The restaurant has a business lunch until 15:00. We approached the waiter at 2:30 p.m. and received an answer that there were no business lunches anymore, but now the administrator will come up ( it's unclear why) . Of course, we did not wait for the administrator and left without much effort. And the city is great, I recommend it to everyone for at least a couple of days.

A great new hotel in the very center of the city, almost at the beginning of the pedestrian street. I put 10 out of 10. We lived in a four-bed room in a 10-bed room on the 3rd floor. TV, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, all utensils, including plates and appliances. A fully equipped kitchen and a large kitchen table. High-quality linen. I liked everything. On the next trip, if we spend the night in Pinsk, we will stop only here.

Stayed for 1 night, twin room, 2nd floor, 7th room.
Positive:
- clean and bright room;
- clean bed linen and towels;
- good room facilities: dishes, cutlery, tea, refrigerator, air conditioning, shower gel, shampoo, soap, disposable slippers, hair dryer, TV, telephone.
- polite administrators;
- good cafe at the hotel, breakfast;
- you can leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out.
Disadvantages:
- there are blinds on the window, but they do not blackout, they let in light;
- the shower holder needs to be replaced.
I recommend the hotel as a result. A decent level in my opinion.
P.S. A not very pleasant situation has arisen. At night, the neighbors listened to music loudly, but after my complaint to the administrator, he resolved it quickly enough, after the second warning, the neighbors calmed down.
Perhaps it is worth the hotel administration to put such guests on its blacklist, for such gross violations after 2 warnings, or as primitive measures to turn off access to TV, with which, by the way, the neighbors listened to loud music. By the way, each guest is introduced to the rules of the hotel upon check-in under the painting. There is no claim to the hotel in this situation, they responded promptly and resolved the problem.

Now the cons, it was early February and the rooms were terribly cold, especially at night. The furniture and mattresses are very sparse and uncomfortable. Extra bedding was required and the maid's room could not be found. I couldn't turn on the TV.
If we have to visit Pinsk again, we are unlikely to stop at this place again.

We had a guided lunch at this place. What to say..... My 13-year-old child cooks better.... Lunch for 25 rubles. consisted of:
-a salad of white cabbage and carrots (a strange choice for a restaurant menu)

I put the maximum number of points, because for Pinsk it will be the best place to stop: cozy, clean, in the center.
However, there are comments:
1. The conversations of the next room could be heard in our room, which made it difficult to sleep.
2. No local lighting by the bed, only the overhead bright light
3. When booking a room a month before the trip, we were previously given the contacts of the "boat", saying that it would not be possible to ride without prior arrangement. As a result, we traveled on a Soviet ship for space money, while it was possible to safely drive from the pier more interestingly 5 times cheaper. I.e., this is a negative not to the accommodation itself, but to the information center, and inadequate information provided by the hotel phone.

This is a great hotel. Small. Loft-style rooms. Everything you need is available: refrigerator, TV, tea station, individual accessories. The breakfast is continental. The serving of buckwheat porridge with bacon, cheese and poached egg turned out to be unexpected, but delicious. Very convenient location, walked through the courtyard and you are on a pedestrian street, in the historical center. If you're used to silence, this is not the place for you.:(, everything is very audible, the corridor, the next room, the water :), the TV :)! Of course, if requested, the TV will be turned down after 23, but this will not help much, I want earplugs :) The bathroom is large, but so stupidly planned:(it's a little funny with the lighting in the rooms:) Thank you for the overnight stay, of course! They told us in detail about the rules of accommodation, hotel services, and offered to order breakfast in addition. There are comfortable sofas, there are books and magazines to brighten up the waiting time. There is a Pinsk map that guests can take for free.
The hotel has a relaxation area for all guests.
The breakfasts are great, although the price is above average. But they are really delicious! We weren't even tempted to have breakfast somewhere else.
But the numbers were a little upset. We took a Double room for two with a large bed. The bed creaks like joints with arthritis. From any touch, she serenades. The sound range is large. Even too much.
There are no places in the room for charging gadgets. Two people need to try to charge their phones. This is a significant disadvantage.
The shower room causes an attack of claustrophobia. There is very little space, although there is plenty of it in the bathroom. It was possible to expand the showers somehow. As a bonus, a shelf hangs on the side and takes up an already precious place that is missing. A corner shelf would fit perfectly into such a shower room, but alas ...

Well, there are minor flaws. There is a place for a small bench in the wardrobe area, so that it is more convenient to dress and undress. But she's not there. As well as a wardrobe for clothes. However, there are hangers. We didn't have many clothes, so we had enough of what we had.
There is no dryer in the bathroom.
There were also advantages, of course. High-quality bed linen and sleeping accessories. They give out slippers.
Air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. Cleanliness in the room. There are cutlery, dishes. It made me very happy. In these little things, you can feel the care for the guest.
Despite some nuances, it's cozy.
