The hotel is located next to Turia metro station. You can get from the airport by metro. There is a pizzeria at the bottom of the hotel, opposite a large shopping center. It takes 20-25 minutes to walk to the center. But the rooms are quite noisy. There is a busy highway nearby. Take Homer to the courtyard.

The apartments match the description. I had a small balcony, which is very convenient in the warmer months. But there is actually no sign, so the first time I was at first in some confusion to find the entrance.
