We decided to go on a vacation to the mountains, booked a room a day in advance and went in anticipation. We ran away from there after an hour of being there!!!! The most disgusting and filthy place!!! There is centimeter dust and gnawed furniture in the room. The room was not cheap at all, but above the average price. Garbage is flying around the hotel and stray dogs are running around!!! The staff at the hotel barely speaks Russian. The restaurant is missing half of the menu and everything is also dirty in the dust. There was no question of any rest, I just wanted to run away and never come back. The conditions are not for people.

I'm going there just to see the sea from the window. The view is beautiful, but the Pyramids themselves are already outdated. It would be necessary to make repairs, improve the staff and change the linen. Is it difficult? In the summer, they will raise prices like in 4* hotels in Dubai. And the bed linen is generally like in old motels. The staff are rude. Generally 2 * just that there is a sea there.

We were in a junior suite. It didn't look like a junior suite. Buildings in general need restyling. The rooms were not checked in anymore. I advise you to consider the option of containers on the shore, converted into rooms. It has everything you need to relax, plus it's cheaper and close to the water.

They were not settled in building A on 07/31/2022 according to the passport of the Russian Federation. The territory is dirty, the toilets are paid and therefore the lawns are mined. I couldn't find a horizontal bar and a tennis table. I was pleased with the beach and the water in Charvak.
