With a large flow, the waiting time was too long, even just hinkaley had to wait an hour, in addition to almost an hour in the boarding queue. The organization of the service leaves much to be desired. The Khinkali themselves ordered 10 pieces of 5 different ones. First, after an hour, they brought some, after 20 more minutes, the second 5 pieces. There was raw minced meat inside in places and too much pepper. In general, I was surprised by the average rating of 5.0, since there are a lot of shoals, especially they pop up when fully planted. Maybe it looks better with a smaller download.
Authentic, colorful, Georgian. The food is almost all traditional, shish kebab bomb, delicious soups. Some waiters are a little nervous, but in Georgia it often cracks nowadays.
God, there are magical khinkali here! (And I'm picky about Georgian cuisine! But a fan of Khinkali) And if you also add garlic filling to them, it's generally top class. A huge portion of Georgian salad (with nuts) is beyond praise. The Phali were also divine. The recommendation is unequivocal!
In the photo, their local cat
It wasn't the first time, there was no queue, but all the halls were full. The kitchen, as always, is on top. Khinkali is beautiful. I took off the star, for the line of serving dishes. They asked to bring tea along with dessert, but alas.. Tea was brought before all the food.
A terrible and ruined evening!!! At the entrance, you will be met by a queue of people who want to get into this institution. And you might think that there's just something incredible there.… but the secret of these queues turned out to be simple, the owners organized a large number of seats, and the kitchen cannot cope with this from the word "At all". We ordered only khinkali, three standard portions (five each) and received our order two hours later!!! Two hours and this is after you have already approached the waiter and asked how much longer to wait? He took a long time to find out something from someone on the radio and said that they would be there in ten minutes. That is, they just put them cooking.... As you can imagine, after two hours of waiting, this dinner did not bring any pleasure. When I left, I told one of the managers that it was terrible, you can't keep people waiting so long... do you think he apologized? No, he frowned and said that two hours for three portions of khinkali is the norm. By the way, the Khinkali was average, but this is possible due to a spoiled mood. No wonder there is a comfortable waiting period in the restaurant and it is 30-40 minutes. And you can't neglect it if you don't want to spoil people's meal, but if you can't keep it, it's better not to take it. I wish the restaurant continued prosperity and well-being, but I don't go there anymore and I don't advise you.
Awesome! Khinkali, of course, ate better (but this is my subjective taste) the broth inside seemed to me similar to our dumplings, so there is no delight, but it is very tasty.
Extremely tasty potatoes and a burger. So is khachapuri.
We came here, as it was the only place that accepted us on March 8th, everything was occupied.
But we will definitely come again, and most likely not once!
Thanks to🌸💜
The worst staff! A cat fell on me from their roof and my glasses bent! They do not bear any responsibility, and this is their territory ... rude people! The evening is already ruined. We can't even talk about any food. I stupidly can't see. Like a rude girl who doesn't see a breakdown! Dear management, if you read in a friend, what is happening on your territory is your area of responsibility!
The most inadequate people work there, they started telling us something about responsibility for mosquitoes and so on. Guys, if you have cockroaches, is that also not your responsibility?
Why do you generally allow animals to walk where people eat?! This is not normal and not hygienic! Animals are carriers of everything!
In a good way, I would write everywhere on you and submit!
And are you still a RESTAURANT after that?
You're just dropping your image!
Serving food is long due to the load.
As a result, I leave the restaurant with bruises, bent glasses and bad impressions. The food didn't smooth it out! 1 star!!!
We also waited a very long time for them to deign to come up to us and calculate us. They asked 4 times, until they said that we were leaving and did not intend to pay for such service!
We came to the restaurant with a small child, sinfully wanted to eat fish - it was a fatal mistake.
1. The waiters did not warn that it is necessary to wait for the fish for 40 minutes, as if a small child, of course, would not sit out for so long
2. Forgot / did not offer a child's chair. My husband asked about the availability - they said that there was a chair, but for some reason they did not give it to us
3. The food is normal, but again, waiting for 40-60 minutes, making up for circles around the "restaurant" with a stroller in order to somehow entertain the child - only inflamed resentment and negative thoughts about this institution
4. They do not give change, but not much, not a little, only 4 lari, but with such service in general, you do not want to leave a tip!
5. Customers are godlessly smoking with a child - of course, this is purely our problem (as parents, that we chose a place on the terrace), but we expected that with only 6 ashtrays at the entrance- that people smoke there, as a result, the waiters did not say that people smoke everywhere, even though you need to walk a little bit before morning.
6. The prices are too high, the service is at the level of "say thank you that the food was brought to you"
In short, parents with their child, advice- they came here and ordered khinkali- they broke it off and put it on a slipper (why khinkali? Because this is the only thing that is served in the area of 10 minutes)
I liked everything about the chic restaurant. And the dishes. And the day we were there, someone from the local celebrated the anniversary, it was super colorful ..... I advise you. Very good
It's a great place. It's cozy, delicious, the serving is usual for a restaurant. Prices-they are the same everywhere in Batumi +/-, so prices are the same everywhere.
One of my favorite places in the off-season. The season is a little worse - very long service.
The food is delicious, khinkali is wonderful, the price tag is normal: not cheap, but not expensive either.
The food is delicious, but it takes a very long time to wait for the dish. The kitchen is not coping, there are a lot of people, there is a queue outside. Prices are average and above average.
I would not have come here a second time because of the long serving of dishes, we waited for khinkali for 1.5 hours…
Unfortunately, I didn't like almost anything: the service is very weak- there are few waiters for such a room, and they obviously don't have time. you can even wait a very long time for the appliances, and a glass of wine for 30 minutes. From the food: khinkali is peppered, there is little sauce. I do not recommend taking mushrooms in clay - they float in oil, there are not enough spices, there is little cheese. The Georgian salad was delicious. There are a lot of people, children running around, loud music, already pretty annoying cigarette smoke everywhere. In general, if you want to sit quietly and eat, then you probably either need to go to the wrong place, or just book a separate booth and a separate waiter for yourself))
Definitely one of the most delicious restaurants I've been to
Very tasty khinkali and khachapuri, the best I've tried
We also tried the pasta, it was just as insanely beautiful
Maybe we took the wrong dishes)
But almost everything is not tasty. The first place in Georgia, where it turned out to be not tasty. And we ate a lot of places.
We took tobacco chicken, veal kebab and phali. The veal kebab is delicious. The rest is just nothing. Like this
The food is very mediocre, our waiter specifically was absolutely not friendly, although the girl who greets visitors is generally beautiful. The only thing I liked about the food was the Georgian salad with nuts. It's really delicious. But, for example, khachapuri on a spit is about nothing at all, tasteless cheese, tasteless dough. The shish kebab is over-salted, there was no tea available at all, although there is one on the menu.
According to the reviews, we expected more ... We were there once, khinkali was ordinary, nothing special, of the many desserts there was only one available, as well as there were difficulties with drinks.Kharcho, the national Georgian soup, unfortunately is not delicious (
A good restaurant, average prices, delicious food, good service, but ajapsandal is not their dish-it is not made according to the standard of Georgian cuisine.
The most excellent institution, no matter how you look at it. Khinkali is amazing. The service is as fast and clear as possible. The atmosphere is pleasant
We came with our family, everyone liked everything. Despite the full landing, the dishes were brought quickly enough. The kitchen is on top - everything is delicious. I advise everyone!
A good place, very tasty, the prices correspond to the restaurant. The order was really waited for 40 minutes, but this is understandable, there was a full landing. I take off the star only because we were put in a smoking room without even asking our preferences, and we were with the children.
Delicious khinkali. They were very juicy and big. We've had enough. Only one disadvantage is the menu via the Internet. The guest wi-fi was not working. So we ordered what the waiter recommended. Satisfied.
We waited for khinkali for more than 3 hours, brought them under their closure, also not the ones that we ordered, the dough was torn, cartilage came across, no service. All the locals around who came after us brought all the orders earlier, and our requests and questions were ignored. In addition, they brought what we did not ask for. Georgian salad is chopped into huge chunks, you need to bite a tomato 3 times to eat, cucumbers also, it turns out not a salad, but some kind of slicing, there is no taste of salad at all. They wanted to give up the ice cream, which was not brought, because they didn't even want to anymore, in the end it turns out that they can't refuse. In general, expectations are not justified at all, the evening is lost.
We came on the advice of friends.
It was evening, live music at volume to be heard from space, neither the waiter nor anyone else hears you, you have to literally yell.
The staff rushes like crazy back and forth, by and large, no one cares if you ordered or not.
A family was sitting at the table next to us and judging by their faces, they were waiting for the waiter to just ask for the bill for 20 minutes.
When we finally managed to catch the waiter, he stood with the most indifferent look with an earpiece, did not really hear anything, and constantly shouted "kartuli", although I can make an order in all languages, thank you.
Each type of khinkali can be ordered from a minimum of 5 pieces.
In general, they did not make the order and went to another place where they do not care about the guests.
A great place to relax. The food is not bad. Minus - you have to wait a long time. The biggest plus is the magnificent courtyard. In addition, there are separate booths, several halls, live music (if you don't like it, you can choose a table further away). In general, I position this restaurant for myself as a good place for an evening rest. By the way, there is often a queue at the entrance!
It pains me to give the most beloved restaurant in Batumi one star! I always bombed those who scold the service in Batumi! And then I got there myself. We usually spend an off-season vacation in Batumi. I arrived yesterday for work in the season and oh, horror! I came to the restaurant, I wanted to have dinner! They put me in the hallway, because I was alone. Although I wanted to sit down on the street, I was kicked by people passing by all the time. The salad was brought, unfortunately they forgot to cut it, chopped it up like cattle in pieces, fortunately they gave a table knife. I finished it myself. Khinkali waited 50 minutes. My conclusion is that I strongly advise you not to visit the restaurant during the season, the khinkali were too salty!
we waited for mushroom cream soup for ONE HOUR, food was brought to those who came after us and came after those who came after us, and only then the soup tasted nothing special, we tried to find out about the cooking time, the waiters could not squeeze out words, and the administrator began to talk aggressively) as I understand it, the waiter simply did not record our entire order) I really want to believe that this is not related to nationality, in general we are from Kazakhstan. It is better to go to the institution opposite, I can write the name, it is really INSANELY DELICIOUS, and they brought it very quickly, but I do not advise anyone in pirosmani
The kitchen is good, the food is delicious, but the service is at minus 5. Food is being brought, there are no appliances. They forget what they ordered. Everything is super long. Nowhere else has so much time been waited for. 1.5 hours is just the norm to wait for a meal. I do not recommend it during the season. You can fall asleep waiting..
This is one of the best places in Georgia. The most delicious chakapuli is here - it is simply incomparable, khinkali fire, eggplant with nuts are very tasty.
It was very tasty , we sat on the veranda , the service was fast , for three with salads, tolma , and 12 khinkali , 77 lars came out
Khinkali deserves high praise 🥰😘😍
Great food. The cuisine is national, several taxi drivers advised. The service would not say that it is fast, there is no such word in Georgia (according to my observations!). The waiting time is longer than expected, taking into account the low season and low planting.
I definitely recommend it.
Wine 2/10 sour
Shish kebab 2/10 dry there is no sauce in the serving, it says veal, but it tastes like pork
Khinkali 8/10 too much pepper
Here the aperol is delicious, but it does not fix the situation
It's very noisy, but the restaurant is also big
I was led by the reviews, I do not recommend visiting
The score is 72lari there are places 100 times tastier and cheaper
The wait is long, but it is justified, since the landing is complete
We arrived at 21:30 and got in line. They were put in jail at 21:38. We made a simple order, a couple of glasses of beer, pkhali, shish kebab and mushrooms. As a result, we waited 1.5 hours. There is a suspicion that the waiter forgot about the order, and remembered about it only when we reminded him after an hour of waiting. The waiter is not friendly.
The phali tastes worse than in any Georgian canteen. There is little filling. The shish kebab is too salty. The glasses are warm.
They asked for the bill, they still haven't brought it.
The place is very spoiled, the manager is arrogant, the waiters barely walk. The order was waited for exactly 1 hour and 20 minutes, also with a small child, for whom, by the way, there was no high chair. Although in the whole institution I did not see a single child sitting on a high chair. I understand that there are a lot of people and it's hard to please everyone, but I haven't seen such a big deal for a long time. I give 2 stars only for the food, which was delicious.
1. The ribs in the broth are sprinkled with coriander. All the meat is in the film. Just chopped and boiled. It is called "Hashlama".
2. "Ojahuri with pork and vegetables". The pork is overcooked and over-dried, which makes it hard and dry. The potatoes are dark brown, overcooked.
3. Greek. In short, 2 cherries, half a cucumber, 4 olives were added to the pile of lettuce leaves, and some with a stone, some without, 4 pieces of cheese. And some bell pepper. The rest is all Peking cabbage. They can't do Greek. From the word at all. Service for 2. No attention to the client. The waitress who served me went around not paying any attention to the used dishes or napkins. I never came up and asked if I needed anything else. I constantly had to call out to her or go to her at all. There is no call button either. The menu via the website is extremely inconvenient, many do not have descriptions of the dishes. Pictures do not match reality and taste, too. There was an unpleasant aftertaste and negativity. This place is still as far from the restaurant as the moon. But the rating is 5 stars.
Everything is super, the food is very tasty, so delicious that they did not have time to take pictures) a large restaurant, a large selection of dishes) I recommend it to everyone
Usually an average restaurant, a large restaurant, with a lot of rooms with tables, although a large number of staff, the food is the same as in other restaurants, only more expensive, my verdict does not deserve a second trip.
A long wait for service (cola was carried for 40 minutes, ribs waited a little over an hour, khinkali all 1.5 hours). About khinkali: we ordered khinkali with potatoes, brought it with mushrooms. To all the arguments that we could not order with mushrooms, because this dish was intended for a child, the answer is one - "I have it written down with mushrooms." In any cafe in Kazakhstan, the waiter would have "sorted out" the situation, but then our European appearance probably played against us. If you are of European appearance and speak Russian, then be prepared to receive disgusting service
Everything is very tasty. They ate too much.
Fried khinkali didn't have to be taken.
Khachapuri in Adjarian and on a skewer is super. Eggplant salad — fire.
The best Khinkali in Batumi!
For lovers of stronger drinks, it is recommended to try peach vodka.
I also really liked the salad with caramelized eggplant, very unusual and delicious!
The most delicious khinkali (we ate there and took it with us. We have never tasted such delicious and juicy ones). Kindzmarauli wine is worth paying so much. Khachapuri in Adjarian is the best!!! Live music, friendly staff. Everything is just great!!!
In this restaurant, only the water is delicious, the shish kebab and khinkali were heavily salted, the Georgian salad could not be worse.
The queue at the entrance does not justify the taste of the food. It seemed that someone had advertised the place well among Russian-speaking tourists.
One of those places in Batumi that can really be called a restaurant, not a cafe with such a proud name. Nice interior, friendly staff. Good cuisine, but a little expensive.
In general, as of March 2024, Batumi is hardly a cheap city. For two people a day, a fairly modest two meals a day for two takes at least 4 thousand rubles.
