Great view, but that's it! The food is tasteless, the bar is expensive (for example, an aperol syringe 1100r.!!!). Waiting for the menu is 20 minutes. and then I had to swear, then wait for the waiter to order for another 20 minutes. People come here mostly to smoke hookah, so if you don't smoke or with children, it will be hard.
