Oh, how disappointed I am. I went to the restaurant after reading about authenticity, deliciousness and so on.
Pilaf is like pilaf, not porridge with meat and thank the eggs. Bishbarmak is a short-lived horse meat. Kuurduk, this is mutton on long bones, with potatoes. Just stewed potatoes with meat! At home, in a saucepan with black pepper and salt, this is about how it will turn out. The salads are delicious. The tea is delicious with cherries. The portions are large. If it were an ordinary cafe, I would be delighted. But a restaurant with inflated prices, but with a claim to show off, and in the center of Bishkek and with such a name... disappointed

We ordered food, the order was carried for 40 minutes, the waiters carried our order around the hall, passing it to each other and arguing with whom to give it to, when they asked our waiter where our order was, she said "it's ready", then why didn't they bring it to us? We ordered black tea and brought green tea. They didn't bring spices, spoons, toothpicks. Only when they asked for spoons, they were brought. There was no spice. Dirty dishes were not cleaned for a long time. Mutton is dry, little meat, a lot of fat. The second hot dish was good. The cold snacks were bland, there was no spice. There are no special questions about food, the questions are more about service. If you position yourself as a good restaurant, then the service should be at least just normal.
