I came to change tires from summer to winter , the problem began with the fact that the specialist said that I did not store the rubber well and my 2 wheels were deformed .As a result , one wheel could not be balanced and was installed .
They advised me to drive 1000-2000 km if there is vibration or throwing the car around , come and try to do balancing already , but in general they said to look for a new wheel .As a result, I couldn't drive more than 80 km/h because of the high vibration of the car.
I arrived at another Tire repair , they balanced the wheel for me, they said that there were no defects in it, plus they clamped the wheel that did not have a balance not on 5 bolts but on 4, the bolts were not pressed on the other wheels ! Put the squeeze on it ! . And I had to balance 3 more wheels in a new way
I do not recommend this tire service!!!

I came to change two tires on a BMW.
the specialists told me to wait 20 minutes.
After entering the box, the guys had difficulty lifting the car, they started to put the jack under the suspension lever-I objected!!!
asked why it was impossible to put the jack in its normal place?
Answer: the car is low, so they can't🙈
After my objection, a specialist was called in, who began to lift the car by the arch so that another one would put the jack in its proper place, I immediately asked everyone to move away from the car and went to another place. The car was lifted there without any problems, without any questions.
Conclusion: you can go there if you have a truck or an SUV, but if you have a BMW and you love your car, set a route for another tire service!!!
I hope all BMW owners will read my review before visiting this "wonderful" tire shop!

I brought 2 wheels to check the balance and generally the rubber, after scrolling they said the balance was broken, balanced, put the wheels on the car, went to the collapse, the master says there:- what kind of people did balancing?? _
—I'm talking at the pit stop, in the east! He says he has never seen anything like this, so that weights were glued to weights, it is clear that "serious craftsmen", he says!!
Went to another tire, everything was fixed there, but they were also surprised by what they saw!!! So don't put your foot on the pit stop anymore!!!

26.10.2023 from 16.00 stood in line to replace winter wheels, 5 cars ahead, 30 minutes before closing, they were not accepted because they need to change clothes and go home. the service is just class(((
