I strongly do not recommend this clinic. On 11/13/2021, at 10.00, my dog was castrated and four baby teeth were pulled out in parallel. Male, 1 year and 3 months old. A dog of a mini breed, 3 kg in weight. He was a friendly, healthy kid. No receipt for medical services, no written recommendations and appointments were issued! The day after the operation, my dog howled nonstop, after sleeping for at least 30 minutes, refused to move. 11/14/2021 arrived back in the morning. The operation was performed by Elena Mikhailovna. She took us in again. Without sterile gloves, with bare hands, without anesthesia, my pet was opened with scissors for 10-15 minutes, ointment with an antibiotic was inserted into a bleeding wound with a syringe without a needle, then the scrotum was pressed with hands many times. My Paddy was screaming. And at the same time, I was with him, holding him in a pre-fainting state. Nothing was assigned. They told me if I could come back the next day. For 4 days the dog cried in pain, did not move. 11/17/2021 visited a large well-known veterinary clinic. Doctor's conclusion: postoperative complications. The conclusion is attached to my review. The operation was performed on the scrotum in the old way "the method of the 70s" - the words of the surgeon. An antibiotic was administered, an intramuscularly anesthetic was administered. The scrotum is all swollen, painful, the dog does not allow himself to be touched, trust is lost, he is stressed. Painful urination 1 time per day. He doesn't walk much. Anti-inflammatory drugs have been prescribed. On 11/20/2021, if it does not make it easier, a repeat operation will be performed. The dog's trust in people has been undermined.

The atmosphere is pleasant, warm, I would say homely... The staff is attentive, they work quickly and harmoniously, everything is clear and to the animal - as to their own little one, and at least when we were there, there was a queue of 1-2 people. And that says something.
In general, not only did I like it, but the cat did not scream, I think that in the future we will travel here, despite the fact that our permanent clinic is geographically closer.
