As a bonus, we were also shown a small living area

There is not enough space. Dogs and guests are accommodated in one small room for this purpose. It's stuffy, there's not enough air.

We were in this kennel in the summer, I can say for myself-the owners, especially the hostess, are a person who knows (a former dog handler) and loves dogs, I liked everything - the child was just delighted, bumped into, took pictures and the adults liked it. A good homely atmosphere, a little bit of the road is not MKAD-but it is compensated by positive emotions.
