I love your pizza and constantly order only here, as I am satisfied with the consistency of price, quality, and punctuality. Today I ordered pizza in the same way, because I wanted to have a quick lunch. Taking into account the program, according to which, in case of non-delivery within 45 minutes, pizza is free, the deliverers are extremely rarely late and until today they always gave me my order, according to the conditions. I am not a prude, but when the courier calls me at the 45th minute, warning me that he is already close, jumps out of the car at the 47th minute with an already closed delivery document, at the 49th minute offers me to pay for the order in full, because "Understand, I did not have time there, yes, but it's with then they calculate us." As a result, I have a cold order for the full price tag and a spoiled attitude to the organization of delivery.

There are no questions about pizza - it is very tasty. Questions to the managers, so many times I have already seen couriers running out of the car, running through the mud, through the grass... to deliver pizza on time. I understand everything, but if you have made such delivery conditions, then hire more couriers. It does not depend on them whether they will fall for all the red traffic lights, from which floor the elevator goes and dissatisfied customers who will scold the courier for, for example, a small amount of cheese. Have respect for your employees!
