But it's delicious, convenient, fast and high-quality. I was passing through Minsk. I'm from Russia. It was almost night, everything was closed in the hotel. The guys quickly brought pizza, we can say they saved us from hunger. We contacted you to clarify the order. All the details were discussed, everything was delivered on time. We usually order pizza fox near the house, but we were returning from the center and decided to order pizza on the way home. The choice fell on a point on Revolutionary Street. We ordered Caesar pizza and you know what? At the revolutionary one, we were given a wonderful pizza filling (it is given in a box along with the sauce for this pizza): a lot of filling, a lot of grated parmesan. A very tasty base. They didn't rub so much cheese near the house))) Well done guys at Revolutionary! Although there is nowhere to stand, but for the sake of delicious pizza you can break)))

I started eating pizza and my teeth almost broke on something very hard. I thought it was an olive seed. It turned out to be a fairly large piece of plastic. (I attach photos below, etc.) Fortunately, I managed to react in time, I imagine if there was a small child instead of me. I immediately called the support service, sent them photos and videos. They called me back several times and during that time I NEVER heard an apology. (I apologized 2 hours later when I wrote that I would post a review online, "good" customer orientation) How did you solve my situation? No way. There was no question of any refund of my money for a paid, defective order. I was told to return the order with this piece of plastic (I was never given a specific answer, where it came from and what it is in general) and they said that they would bring half a pizza in half an hour. As a result: For MY own money, my order was delivered to me for 2 hours (but what about 60 minutes? and the order is free?) and they didn't even put the sauce, which I gave along with the defective pizza to the courier. The horror!!!
