Great place! Polite, courteous waiters, a cozy atmosphere conducive to relaxation. We are pleased with the diverse selection of not only pizzas, but also dishes of European cuisine. They cook quickly, everything is very tasty with a beautiful serving! The second floor is even more atmospheric, with tables near the window overlooking Independence Avenue. The aesthetics of the establishment, the kitchen, and the service are excellent! There is, among other things, a lunch menu at pleasant prices. I go to the institution regularly, I recommend it to everyone.

On 01.01.2025, the administrator immediately warned that it would be hot to wait for 40 minutes. We are well prepared for this. We were with my wife and son. We placed an order in 30-40 minutes and brought part of the order to me and my son. An hour and a half later, they asked the waiter when the remaining order would arrive, she looked at something on her phone and said what do you have left, she said I'll go find out, she came and says there are less than 10 minutes left. And then the most interesting thing happened, the waiter came up again and said, do you know why we waited so long in the kitchen and ran out of food! (schnitzel, draniki, dessert and ice cream were not brought). They called the receptionist and she offered to come back next time and get a free dessert and that's it! To which we replied that we would not set foot here again.
As a result, no one even apologized to his wife for going without dinner. What was brought from the food is delicious, there are no questions. But the staff couldn't be worse.
This is the first time we have encountered such an attitude.
I definitely do not recommend you to visit.
And the management needs to pay attention to who works for them and draw conclusions.

To be honest, I've visited this place a couple of times and more than once it didn't make me happy. the first time I visited there, I was not thrilled, because there was zero attention paid to the guest, either by the receptionist or the waiters, the hall was half empty, but with dirty tables, there was no desire to stay, but I did not despair, I decided to try my luck a second time, but he did not justified. I got a terrible waitress who doesn't know the menu or how the dishes are served. They brought me soup and pasta at the same time, I asked: "will the pasta cool down?" To which she replied: "No, it won't cool down." Spoiler alert: "the pasta is cold." And the woman who spent the evening with me today was served soup first, and then salad, although they don't do that either. She also asked us if there was anything to pick up, despite the fact that there were full plates of food, unfortunately I won't write the waitress's name, since there was no badge, but from the description, dark long hair pulled back in a ponytail, short stature with a mole on her face. never set foot in this institution again.

On February 6, we visited the institution with a friend and remained, to put it mildly, dissatisfied. At the very beginning, we were greeted by a very nice girl who helped us decide on the table and gave us hope that the evening would go well. However, another waitress was already taking the order, and from that moment some kind of horror began. The girl confused us with other tables several times, did not bring all the utensils, and the plates were served for pizza only after our request. The first thing my friend got was pasta, which, judging by its temperature, had already stood. It wasn't until 10 minutes after the pasta was served that the drinks arrived, and it wasn't until 15-20 minutes later that my gratin arrived. In total, my friend spent about 25 minutes just admiring her already cold pasta until they brought me a gratin so we could eat together. The waitress dragged herself around the room like a Romanian prisoner, while her colleagues almost ran all over the room to serve other guests. Pizza was served to us at the very end. It felt like the girl just forgot to take our order to the kitchen, and then pick it up and bring it. I would like to note that just high-quality communication could smooth out the situation. It's not very pleasant to receive a crumpled, barely audible "sorry" for a raid. It was possible to come up, fully apologize, explain the situation, I think it's not so difficult. There was no such unpleasant aftertaste from other waiters who periodically came to pick up empty plates or clarify some positions. Maybe we've got an intern. In this case, please do not release the interns to the gym until you are convinced of their competence.

On 25/01, we were refused service, as according to the rules of the institution, it is forbidden for 3 adults with 2 children to be accommodated at an empty table with two sofas. They referred to safety measures, which they refused to show.
We requested accommodation for 2 children and 1 adult on 1 sofa, without a console on the side of the chair. This was also denied to us.
We tried to book a table in advance, but they refused by phone, saying that the seating was upon arrival.
Conclusion: if there are more than 4 of you, the chance of a refusal of accommodation in this establishment is very high, do not risk your holiday and mood. They ruined it for us.

They came with a young man for Christmas. A polite young man met us and led us to the table.
The waiter said that the waiting time could take about 30 minutes, but the dishes arrived pretty quickly. The place is clean and has a pleasant smell. The staff is smiling. I really don't recommend the place. Unfortunately, the service is terrible, they said that the dishes were out of stock after 20 minutes of waiting. The waiter didn't know the menu to recommend substitutions. The lasagna arrived cold, and the waiter said it took 30 minutes to cook. As a result, they couldn't even warm it up + they brought caesar with some terrible-tasting chicken and mayonnaise instead of sauce. I don't recommend it, you can't get back an hour of waiting time, and you've got terrible food impressions.

I am glad that there is a choice of pizza without meat, but I would like more variety for those who do not eat meat. I ordered pizza "Sicily". I really liked the vegetable salad with salmon (although there is very little of it). The salad has a delicious mustard-honey dressing. I liked the apple and kiwi drink the most. The price is not cheap. For a small pizza, salad and drink - almost 30 rubles. Waiting time... To be honest, it took a long time. Drinks are usually brought immediately. But, we just sat here for 20 minutes. Only then did the pizza arrive, then the drinks. But we had a good time, the atmosphere was pleasant.

They asked for drinks right away, including bottled beer. The drinks arrived only after 20 minutes, including beer.
