In my student years (20 years ago), it was a wonderful institution: design, high-level service.
Now I would like to update the interior. After all, the cafe is located in the city center and it is necessary to create comfort in order to be competitive.
One of the advantages is a gorgeous kitchen! Respect and thanks to the chefs.
One of the disadvantages is the maintenance staff! Children love pizza, they have to come often. But the work of the staff leaves much to be desired: they are unfriendly, they forget to serve the whole order (then they forget about the drink, then French fries ...), they have to wait a long time for the waiter. And these cases happen every time.
But the kitchen is great! I want to come and relax and have fun.

One of my favorite places. Because there are many fond memories associated with him. My family and I celebrated most of the holidays in this cafe. In my memory, one of the most stable establishments in the city. This cafe has been in existence for many years. And the service pleases us with its cuisine.

We recently visited this place (not for the first time) the cuisine is good, delicious, but there are a few "BUTS". First, the institution frankly requires repair, in many roadside cheburechnye it is more comfortable, and what can I say at many enterprises, the canteens are tidier... But this is a cafe in the city center... The second is the above-average price tag, especially the wine list...and it doesn't fit in with the view and the atmosphere in any way. The output is only a three, so far on my personal blacklist.

Nice interior, not like in a fast food cafe, I really liked it. And efficient waitresses. We had a good time there. And I really liked the pizza there - it was so juicy, delicious, without a thick crust around the edges, I enjoyed it. I'll come back to them again when I want to eat pizza at the pizzeria.

Delicious cuisine, convenient location, but! The service is terrible, there was no greeting at the entrance, the waitresses ignored the new customer, the menu was waiting for 9 minutes, zero attention. Dirty dishes were not cleaned during meals. After eating and paying for the order, there was no reaction, even "goodbye" no one said that there was a customer, that there was no one. I do not recommend it.

Regular customers of this institution, the food is very tasty, BUT ... today they ordered pizza in advance about 5 o'clock, said the delivery time was one hour-one hour-forty, OK, we are waiting. After almost two hours, there was no call. I'm calling myself - "we'll wait another hour for delivery." Apparently they forgot about our order, the evening is ruined. And no compensation was offered for such a joint. Please correct this attitude

We were visiting Gomel, we went to eat pizza, we were completely disappointed:
1. Long hair in pizza (judging by the reviews, this is not an isolated case). The waitress didn't argue, they just made a new one.
2. The staff is unfriendly.
3. The pizza itself is of average quality, for such a price I would like it to taste better.
We won't come here a second time.

Service: formulate it yourself - four people were seated (3 pizzas + dishes, water, napkins, appliances) on a table measuring 80 centimeters by 80, at the request it is inconvenient to transplant there, it is impossible there, it is not worth it, sit here; they took the dishes so much that a person has a pizza in his hands, there is no place to put it; they showed hair in pizza, I argued right to death that cheese, but when the question was already let's get it, I accepted the situation, excluded it from the receipt, made a 6p discount; after the question with the hair, the face when passing by the table a la still walking next to you…
Kitchen: well, in general it would be nothing, but the hair in the pizza is an undeniable fact, taking into account the recognition by the waiter and a discount of 6p from the general receipt. Well, honestly, the hat solves the issue, after all, simple disrespect for customers.

The pizzeria of my youth... how many years I lived in Gomel - this pizzeria worked so much! We arrived 7 years later, the pizzeria is open, the pizza is delicious… But I want an update in the interior - modernity! The staff is very slow... there is no interest in serving faster and with dignity! Even the change takes a long time to carry… these moments were frustrating.

We ordered pizza, lasagna, potato slices and chicken fillet for delivery. The delivery was waited for more than 2.5 hours. It arrived a little warm. The pizza looked and tasted like in an ordinary cafe that does not specialize in cooking Italian dishes. The dough is not fully cooked and there were only a couple of pieces of tuna from the jar, they are not even felt there.
The lasagna arrived in one solid mushy mass that looked like someone's half-digested lunch. It tastes like nothing but salt.
Not a single potato slice was golden in color, all were burnt.
The fillet looked and tasted very mediocre as well.
The price does NOT match the quality of the prepared dishes, and for a long time. These dishes were not worth the money or the time spent.

We ordered pasta - delicious, satisfying, hot, creamy sauce complemented the dish wonderfully. 420 grams turned out to be a large portion for me, although I was very hungry

The place is old, and all this, of course, is commendable. But the interior clearly needs changes, everything is dusty and old, the waiter service (one for the whole room) is excellent, but it would be worth adding more staff. The administrator is openly rude.
I strongly recommend changing the administrator, or categorically suspending him from work or checking for professional aptitude. The dishes are basically nothing, but it could be better. There is no sense of proportion

We visited this institution today, the landing was not complete.
Pasta is the only thing you can put one star for.
The pizza was waited for more than 1 hour, in the end I had to take it with me, because the time was limited (I attach a photo of expectation and reality, and of course it does not correspond to grams). At the same time, people who ordered takeaway pizza later than us received their orders 20 minutes later.
It was also unpleasant when the table, which came later and ordered later than us, was served pizza earlier.
"Mors" is rather an unsaturated compote.
If you want to wait a long time for your order, then this place is for you.

I have always been happy with this institution, but the last time the service discouraged all desire to go there. I ordered a pizza to take away at a certain time, my husband arrived 20 minutes earlier, paid for it. Well, actually it was already possible to start cooking, he asked exactly where the order was, it turned out they had confused the time and at best they would give it back in 2 hours.
As a result, we were left hungry because we had to wait another 2 hours?? As strange as possible and nothing confused the staff
