I had a rest in July. Nature in Pitsunda may be good, but in an abandoned state. But she also needs to be looked after. Unfortunately, the sea did not please. It was stormy and dirty for two weeks. Sun beds should be occupied at 5.30 am. There is mud on the beach. Dogs walk in droves and shit everywhere. The food in the dining room is terrible. And the dishes are not washed at all. The rooms were cleaned reluctantly. They wiped the floors and that's it. The staff is lazy and unfriendly. In general, it is completely unsanitary. You definitely don't need to come here.

Terrible service, rooms without repairs and communal places, hallways, corridors, showers, toilets, tiles are falling off, the ceiling is flooded, the doors are not closed - everything is draughty, the furniture is old (for example, a woman in the dining room injured her finger, the staff themselves expressed hope that due to this the furniture will be changed), chandeliers are not wiped, broken light bulbs in the rooms, dirty decanters (they stink of urine), I turn off electricity regularly, they react boldly to comments, they give one key to the whole family, they steal food from the common refrigerator, I will drink alcoholic beverages left in the room without your demand, without your knowledge, you will learn the whole charm of being upon arrival here - the truth is hidden by the defense industry and tour operators, in such conditions, health will not increase, sanitary treatment is not carried out, visitors all cough, the staff in the dining room does not know what a towel is - they wipe their hands on the fifth point. They do not move to normal rooms, even with an additional payment, referring to the few days of rent, they do not value guests - doing a favor, medicine is at zero - there are no doctors of their own in the hotel, only a nurse who will not help you with anything, no one cares about your cold or poisoning - this is not an insurance case if you are without suitcases you will not be taken to the hotel for free 1.5 - 2 km, excursions have been paid for - be prepared that they will forget about you at the appointed time and place, at best they will arrive late. There are not enough sun beds for everyone, the food is monotonous from cheap raw materials, examples if you have not eaten buckwheat, then you will see it in a cutlet (waste-free production). In general, I do not advise you to go there, leave your money and health!

I visited these parts as a student of the technical school in 1964. The impression was certainly enthusiastic. Everything was interesting, both life and culture, although we students cooked more in our own juice of an active group. Then there were several student trips to Adler on vacation in the late 60s. And now a new meeting with these places of Abkhazia took place only in 2021. A beautiful region, unique nature, but some sadness because of the remaining individual destroyed buildings. I want everything destroyed by time to be restored, and people have an incentive of active creative vital energy.

The food is bad, there is no buffet, the choice is minimal, 1 day for breakfast there was cottage cheese and pasta type with "meat", there is no fruit and this is in Abkhazia!!!! They gave me one sliced banana for the whole week, it's a SHAME!!!! My son lived in Colorado, building 5 on the 10th floor, 1 elevator was generally broken, the second one did not work all the time every day and people walked three times, FOR WHICH THEY PAID SUCH MONEY IT IS NOT CLEAR, THE SERVICE is 0!!!The Wi-fi is disgusting, it only works intermittently in the room. You will go out on your balcony, it is no longer there!!! They give 1 room key if 1 person in the room falls asleep, the second one will not get into the room, because if there is no light in the room to pick up the key and it is impossible to charge the phone!!!!The only one + the first line.

Abkhazia is a wonderful country))) I am vacationing here for the third time (the previous two times were in 2007 and 2009). We went with a large company, therefore, based on the capabilities of all, we settled in the military industrial complex of Pitsunda. It's budget-friendly, but tolerable (we're not from the graph, but we love 5+ hotels). Everything would be fine, but there are several questions for the administration of this boarding house!!!! Have you tried to wash yourself with boiling water for three days??? Constant problems with water. In the morning, they were already used to her absence, they even started to get used to washing in boiling water, BUT b ... there is no Water in the morning, afternoon, or evening ... dick knows when you can go to the shower.... Now we have come from the sea, we are sitting waiting for water, because there is absolutely no ((((( I just want to cry from the fact that it is elementary not even to go to the toilet.The head maid in the 6th building (Amra) is a rare shit person. The rooms are not cleaned, towels are not changed, bed linen too-but according to her, these are our problems!!! It's a pity for ordinary maids, sweetest women, but I'm very afraid of this Meagher! Elevators are a separate song!!!! There are 2 elevators in each building (14-storey buildings), and one works. A queue of 30 minutes for one elevator!
The place is gorgeous, the territory is beautiful, a lot has been done for children! But the attitude certainly leaves much to be desired ((((

I had a rest at the end of August 2022. The nature is beautiful, the sea is clean. Housing is tin, the rooms are not cleaned, the mattress on the bed is all springs on top ,no one has been washing in the corners on the baseboards for years, the shower curtain is black (with mold), in the corner of the bathroom there is some kind of open sewer, from which vanilla aromas,maids (as they are called) pour into the room even when you're sitting on the toilet, you ask her to come out, and she tells you in response that she didn't notice you. 👀There is a garbage chute between two rooms!!!! Empty bottles rattle down the garbage chute in your room for days .Noise insulation is ZERO, you can hear the neighbors farting and snoring.Food......it can't even be called a dining room, let alone a buffet.The staff (and the people around in general) are just tin..... RUSSIANS ARE SOOO "LOVED"

I had a rest in the resort of Pitsunda at the end of September in the Lighthouse building.The room is old, there has been no repair since the construction, everything is dead and ruined.The food in the dining room is terrible, you still need to be able to do it, it's so terrible to cook. If you want to relax in the room in silence in the evening, it will not work, because music from White roses to Lezginka will be YELLING under your windows in the cafe every day until 23.00, or even longer.Plus, it's the sea and nature.In general, I studied for 2 years.I do not recommend the Pitsunda resort (Lighthouse).

Positive -
the nature is super, the sea is clean (but not on this visit), the smell of pine trees, a wide spacious beach, the Soviet Union (remnants of luxury), a minimum of cars on site, food, a view from the room, a balcony, the first line of the beach, ice cream and beer can be bought on the 1st floor of the building...
Disadvantages -
the rooms are dirty, the smell and humidity in the bathroom, the cleaner is rude (Russian), the rooms are rarely cleaned, the bed linen is tired, the mattresses are sagged, towels and linen can be replaced if you are very lucky, the TV remotes and set-top boxes do not work...
This is not the first time in the defense industry of Pitsunda, I know that it is better not to settle in the buildings of Mayak and Amzara, since Delmar cafe is nearby, which carouses with live unrealistically loud music until 3-4 in the morning... Well, the beach is outside the bay. Therefore, Colchis.
I got distracted. And so, at the end of July this year, I settled in Colchis, a room of the first category, a balcony, a view of the sea - super!!!
After a couple of days at night there was a downpour and a strong wind ... And ... the number of the first category begins to FLOW. It drips from the stretch ceiling, very intensively - on the bed, it flows along the outer wall, in the morning there are puddles in the room... And this is the number of the first category? Are you kidding!?
This room costs 2.5 tr per person per day (with meals)... So that you can dry your bedding and clothes later?! A dubious pleasure.
So what happened since my last visit to the defense industry? And there was a deterioration in the already poor service. But it's all possible to survive... The saddest thing is that THE BEACH IS NOT CLEANED. Debris and branches along the surf line - it breaks... I lied a little - the beach is cleaned, but once a week- one and a half... It looks like this - after the storm, branches and debris are on the shore, as well as umbrellas are felled. The defense industry administration is in no hurry to clean up, waits for several days until this garbage is raked into piles by vacationers (otherwise it is impossible for people to swim), and after (a week later), they collect it in a KAMAZ / excovator and take it away. But the next night there was another downpour and debris on the coast... And the garbage is lying, not being cleaned. That's what killed me the most...
By the way, the sun beds are cleaned only at the first building, and the rest are on the blunder.
Service - you can survive for the sake of super nature, the sea, the beach...
But if the beach has already stopped being cleaned, well, it's generally unfortunate. Then what do you charge money for?!
The defense industry workers relaxed.
In previous years, at least the beach was cleaned.
Upset.
The price does not match the quality of the services provided. The beach could be kept clean...

We are currently resting at the Amra boarding house, building 2.I would like to say right away that we came to Pitsunda once again because of nature and knowing that the buildings were repaired, because before the repair it was a complete finish! Never disappoint the sea here, the pines, the air - it's a song! The room was cleaned every other day, towels were changed, there are no complaints about this. Nutrition is a separate topic, to say that it is not diverse is to say nothing! Pilaf with unpeeled chicken, chicken liver every day, tea, it tastes like it has been sour for a long time, but it is still served to the table, salads, well, like salads:chopped raw cabbage, raw carrots, beets, cucumber and tomato salad, where there is a whole tray of cucumbers and on top, apparently for the color, one tomato turns red. The cherry on the cake was a worm in pea soup. We are not picky about food, but it is difficult to call what we fed vacationers with food! Sun beds are another fat minus in this case. I am silent about the fact that most of them are broken, fractured. To lie on the sunbed, you need to go out at 6 a.m. and occupy it, even earlier, the Uzbek worker himself, who deals with them, occupies the sun beds. What this comrade does: he set up sun beds in the morning, took out rags from his miracle bag (apparently forgotten things of tourists) and voila-an imitation of occupied places. These places can easily be bought for a fee, business, as they say, is booming. Oh, I don't know if we'll come here again, the impressions are spoiled and the stomach too. And rest here is far from the cheapest.

In short, children are not considered people there, and if a ticket for 4 is returned, a bonal crossing out with the administrator's pen, which looks like a trader in a bazaar in a bathrobe and slippers. That is the level of the Plinth Hotel. In short, it took a long time to tell how we were fed slops and told dietary. As a cleaner, if you are in the room, they did not clean and said that complain to anyone you want, I have 4 more floors. They don't care what you say. They are constantly driving and distributing cars around the territory, and you might get knocked down. There was even an accident with a drunk driver. Although there is a guard and a barrier at the entrance. But the Abkhazians there are all their own. In short, the swamp. Deeply stuck in the 90s. Everything is according to the concepts. We have been vacationing in this sanatorium since June 7, 2021. In general, everything is fine if we judge the accessibility of the sea and rooms for living. The menu is very poor. Pasta, buckwheat, rice. And gravy from chicken stomachs and some other offal. Vegetables were present. Just beets, grated carrots and cabbage salad. Sometimes stewed liver. There was stewed potatoes, like with meat, but 3-4 pieces of meat could be found on a whole pallet of this dish. For breakfast, there were sometimes pancakes and a curd casserole, which most of all resembled a semolina pie. In general, the food leaves much to be desired.

You buy a ticket with all the amenities, and something doesn't work there, in my case: the air conditioner, but the batteries were changed here, the set-top box doesn't work, they promised to do it, they didn't wait, the switches are hanging on the snot. The food is tasteless, the benefit is a buffet, you can pick something up.

We stayed at the new Abna hotel, 50m from the monument "Divers". If it wasn't for the hotel, then everything would be sad. The hotel has a swimming pool, excellent Wi-Fi, a closed well-maintained territory. The general beach is not particularly well maintained, here and there there is garbage. There are several cafes and children's trampolines along the shore. In the evening, the lighting is modest, walking is not so comfortable. It is very boring in Pitsunda itself, there are a lot of pensioners.

We had a rest from 07/22/21 for two weeks, in the 6th building "Amra" on the 8th floor with a view of the sea, beautiful nature, mountains, dolphins, many excursions. There are two glasses in a two-bed room, the third one was never given to us, it's good that they gave us the third bed and told us to fill it up ourselves. But the service is very poor, for two weeks they have never changed towels and bed linen, they do not give out towels for the beach. In the room, if they washed a little, then they never washed in the toilet, the toilet was leaking, which was why there was a stench, a shower curtain with mold. A special conversation with nutrition, I will not say anything about vegetables, but at the end of July there is no fruit, this is absolutely deplorable last year's apples (cut into quarters), I think this is not included in any framework. Although they have their own peaches, plums and grapes are already ripe.. The food is cooked like for pigs, monotonous. The dishes are plastic, there are no teaspoons. At the distribution, the service staff works without a hat and gloves. What I was afraid of happened, one day before departure, my granddaughter fell ill after breakfast (she ate fried pancakes) two hours later, her stomach ached and vomiting opened, we went to the medical center (temperature 38), we were told that we should drink more and if the vomiting did not stop, they would give an injection of cerucal before leaving so that there would be no vomiting on the plane. The entrance to the Lighthouse is about 3 km away, I already knew where I was. In the morning it turned out that the sunbeds are given out at 7 a.m. and you have to take a queue, there are none!!!! Excuse me, how is that? A separate song in the dining room. I do not know by what criteria IT was called a buffet, but we only had breakfast there and ate soup at lunch (there is NO meat in the soup, everything is on the water!)We had dinner, starting from the fourth day of our stay, only in a cafe, or bought groceries. Believe me, this is FOOD and not food for vacationers. It's arrogance to feed vacationers like that for such money. If you don't eat chicken liver, then you have nothing to do there either! A tank of tea for breakfast, a compote of powder for lunch-these are all drinks. There is no sweet table, no pastries, no baby food, not even kefir, I'm not talking about fruits. SHAME ON YOU!!!!! We had a room without renovation, but with air conditioning. And here's the shame. There 's dirt everywhere !!! The bathroom stinks. They did not clean once in 10 days, only at my request they changed the towels on the 5th day. Water and electricity are constantly turned off, and it does not reach high floors at all. They were washed out of 5-liter bottles, the benefit of the sea is nearby and collected right there. And if you're lucky, you can get it from the watering hose in the flower bed!!! We washed mainly on the lower floors in the communal shower. The pool is covered with a tarpaulin, the billiard room and tennis were also not working. There is no animation!!! Everything was bought for money -food, water, too, even an electric car that cruised along the embankment of the boarding house - also paid!!! The staff is just rude and ill-mannered, except for the canteen staff. Of course, never go there again. I'm sorry, we have an annual vacation at the sea, but there has never been such an outrage. As for the exclusivity of the sea and the pines, a person perceives everything the way he wants. In Crimea, we were content with pines, cypresses, and a beautiful transparent purple sea, coves, bays, etc. It's a pity for money (120,000 thousand tour). And the saddest thing is that the management of the defense industry does not give a damn about complaints and claims, I was told by vacationers who went to complain to the management. HORROR, NEVER go there again, even for free!!!

Cons: the stink in the rooms from the bathroom, food, you can eat porridge and everything else is very questionable, there is no cleaning as such, there is no hot water at night, unsanitary conditions in the kitchen and everywhere,lack of qualified service personnel. Another huge disadvantage is that children who are not controlled by anyone or anything come with escorts, from whom in the morning there is such a fume that you understand why children do not sleep all night and rush around the boarding house like horses.
Will I come again? Yes, but not to this boarding house.

Food?, - yes, everything is delicious, natural products, something new every day. And orange and plum apple compotes are super! Various porridges, cottage cheese, casseroles - everything is delicious! Special thanks to the waiter girls! Everything is clear, without delay, friendly! After all, you also need to try to feed such a horde of people from 7-14 storey buildings. Well done!!! The only "minus" is the very short intervals between meals! I would like to mention the senior administrator of the building, Irina Georgievna. Thank you so much for her hard work. He knows his job perfectly well. The building is in order. The rooms are clean. This year I had a rest from 06/21/21 for 12 days. There are no comments. I like everything. Thanks to the staff of the Bzyp building!

Every year it gets worse and worse, but 2022 has broken the anti-records in everything!!! The food is disgusting!!! Soup from yesterday's second, broth from rolton. Last year there were sunbeds, this year there are none... I have to lie on the rocks. There are few sun beds near the Lighthouse, but people fight for them in the truest sense of the word.
