I stayed at this hotel in early October.I 've been coming here for the second year.A cozy hotel with a beautiful green terrace.Wonderful location in the very center.There is a minibus stop nearby from where you can go to any point in Abkhazia.There is also a central market and a supermarket nearby .From the balcony of my room there was a wonderful view of the beautiful fountain that serves as a decoration of the hotel as well as the park.
You leave the hotel and there is a walking road to the sea past a small shopping area.
I was satisfied with the rest. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay.A kettle , glasses , a table with a sofa .The bed linen is nice.There are chairs and a table on the balcony.Everything for a comfortable stay .Of the minuses, of course, there is audibility, well, this is a disease of many hotels , if adequate neighbors , then this is not critical.It is quite possible to recommend it for recreation

We had a rest in the first half of August 2024.
A very pleasant hotel, located in the very center of Pitsunda, near the Historical Temple, perhaps one of all the hotels in Pitsunda has a very well-maintained, beautiful front garden.
There is a simple, not the most expensive and well-prepared cafe.
Very caring staff. Especially the hostess of the hotel, Eteri Konstantinovna.
The sea is 10-15 minutes away from the hotel at a leisurely pace.

I've rested here twice. I liked the proximity to the sea and the opportunity to visit the nearest paid beach for free. The hostess is a stern-looking woman, but kind inside. The cafe is not very good, there are more local policemen hanging out, having coffee and porridge in the morning. Room cleaning for 3, but this is a local calorite (whatever). Its own beautiful mini-par, which is also cared for by the hostess. Comfortably. It is not rich, moderately clean, convenient location, beautiful nature and a park. From the hotel, in just a few minutes you can reach all strategically important places - cafes, canteens, market, shops, beach and of course the ancient Pitsunda temple. The hostess of the Eteri Hotel is a lovely woman! Attentive, helpful, hospitable. Thank you very much for this and long life to her! The territory of the hotel is well-maintained and green, there is its own fenced parking lot with gates that close at night, so that the car is completely safe. I chose it based on reviews. Satisfied- matches the description and photo. The location is in the center, near the bus station, opposite the temple. The room is clean, and there is a cleaning service every 2 days. The annoying moments would include noise insulation and the fact that the bed for two consists of two single beds and there is no common mattress on top (wooden sides interfere if he turns over in his sleep).

I liked the hotel. We lived on the 3rd floor of a 3-bed suite, the room is clean, has air conditioning, mini fridge, kettle. Everything works. The bathroom is clean and well maintained. The only thing is that the noise insulation is not very good, but it's OK. Light and water were not turned off during the rest, as many write. To the sea 15 minutes on foot slowly. There are 2 beaches.
1st on Gitsba Street, but there is a checkpoint and they charge 80 rubles for entry. The collection is chaotic, just locals take money, to be honest, I did not understand why?! Just like that.
2nd on Cypress Street entrance is free.
The distance is the same in time.
In general, the rest in Pitsunda is quiet, if you are with children, then you can relax here. There is almost no one on the street after 23:00.

Great hotel. The rooms are cozy, but there is not enough microwave and the TV quality is coming up. The staff are just extraordinary girls and the hostess is a wonderful woman. The location is very convenient - the city center is all within walking distance. People are kind and responsive, but of course a lot depends on you, both you and you. Only it's better to take a room with a view of the fountain, with a view of the courtyard it's a little gloomy. The hotel has a gorgeous garden with lots of flowers.

After looking at the reviews, we decided to relax at the Pitsunda Hotel, wrote to the administration, responded quickly, asked to make an advance payment of 20% of the room price, which I immediately did, I BOOKED the room 2 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL! But it so happened that our child got sick the night before the day of arrival and, accordingly, we could not leave for Pitsunda. In the early morning, I called the hotel, a woman picked up the phone, said that she was the night receptionist and was not engaged in booking, she had to call after 10 a.m. After 10 a.m., she replied that she could not help in any way, she was not doing this, call where you booked. I called, wrote on WhatsApp, wrote to VK, but all to no avail, no one responded to the request to cancel the reservation. I got through only two days later, it was Monday and received a reply from a young man that he did not work on weekends and our prepayment was a fine for not stopping by. It's terribly unpleasant, very dishonest people, I don't even advise you to get involved with such people. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my room reservation for July. The conditions of the advance payment have been met - more than 30 days before arrival. But the advance is not refunded. At first they promised to return it tomorrow, but now they are silent. The amount is not large - 10 thousand. They obviously don't value their reputation. Cons: we had a rest when the season was just beginning. There are few vacationers, but this does not mean that the hotel staff will work as it should. The staff is absolutely not hospitable, there is never anyone at the reception. The room was not even ventilated or dried after the winter (wet mattress), there is mold in the kettle last year. They asked for another number. They gave it to me. But at the same time, instead of apologies, they listened to a bunch of snarls in their direction. Cleaning: until you ask, you beg for toilet paper.
Pros: location, within walking distance there is everything: shops, cafes, a park, 10 minutes walk to the sea. There is a parking lot on the territory. There is a cafe where you can eat very tasty food and the service is excellent. The cook and the waitress of this cafe are the only people among the staff who work responsibly and are hospitable. Special thanks to them, if it wasn't for them, it would be very sad. Conclusion: to go there a second time or offer it to someone: no way.

There's a lady sitting there, with an interesting character, well, you can close your eyes to that, in general) When we were given the keys to the room, it turned out that we have the second floor and there is no elevator, but I have a bad back and now an exacerbation, it is heavier than 1 kg for me, nothing can be lifted, there are only girls among us, there was a man, I don't know what his position is in this institution, but when we asked him to lift the suitcase, he asked, the suitcase is heavy, we say well, yes, in my understanding it is more than 5 kg, it is already hard)) to which he says, no, I won't.... And they don't have any men among the staff anymore, they looked at us at the same time, as if we had asked for a foot massage!
Well, naturally, we freaked out and dragged everything ourselves. Upon entering the room, we saw that it was large, with a large balcony, with a kitchen, everything seemed to be fine, but then we saw that there were holes in the bed linen in the room, in another room, the duvet cover was stained, in the bathroom there was a towel on the floor, also in brown spots. Next, in the evening we wanted to put the car on the territory, there is a phone number at the bottom, which we need to call to open the gate, well, what do you think?)) no one answered the phone, in the end we went inside to look for people, we didn't find anyone in the hotel itself, they had fun in a cafe next to the hotel, met us again with their face on the table, did a favor and opened the gate. The next morning, when I went into the bathroom, I realized that the sewer stinks very much, lifting the toilet brush, I realized that it had not been washed or changed for a very, very long time, I will not describe what I saw. I would like to say that the cost of the room is not so cheap, i.e. it is not three kopecks, for which you expect to see at least a rixos, quite a price for which you can normally clean the room, put decent bed linen and greet the guest with a smile! In conclusion, I want to say that the only thing that pleases us is that we came here only for one day, if we had planned for a longer period, I think we would have moved out right away, because after what we saw, there is no desire even to go to the shower here, because there is no certainty that the rooms are cleaned normally. I do not recommend anyone to check in here, there is a huge selection of hotels, it's better to look for another one, so as not to get upset about the attitude towards you and your vacation!

The location is not bad. In the very center, at the entrance to the park, close to shops and the cathedral.

The rest was not spoiled much, but I wanted the rooms to be comfortable, like a pretentious territory at the entrance to the hotel. We stayed at the Pitsunda Hotel in July 2023, stayed for 5 nights. The room was not cleaned during these days. There are dead mosquitoes on the walls (left over from former vacationers), sand and cobwebs in the corners on the floor. I asked the administrator to replace the mattress on the bed, which creaked when turning over and made it difficult to sleep (a double bed is two single beds pushed together) My request was written down in a notebook, but there was no reaction.
We went to the Akryfart canteen across the street to eat. Great dining room!! They ate only in it!!!Delicious food, inexpensive, portions are large. There were no stomach problems. The staff is very attentive, helpful, kind. And most importantly, you can pay by transfer, because there is free Wi-Fi.

Here are just a few examples: 1) the sofa, which, when trying to decompose it, showed an unrealistic amount of dust and dirt inside, 2) there are only two cups for tea in the room where 4 people live (they received a "service" answer to the administrator's question - how much is there, so much is ... 3) for unknown reasons burned on the territory right in the middle of the day there is a mattress under the windows of the guests (with the corresponding accompanying stench ...), 4) milk that ended in the coffee bar in the middle of the day (is it really so difficult to buy it in Pitsunda?).
The place itself is undeniably beautiful, near the cathedral, a decent cafe, market and shops, 15-20 minutes to the sea at a calm pace, the territory is pretty from the entrance, but a lot of imperfections from the sides and back…
In short, we will definitely return to Pitsunda, but definitely not here anymore.

We rested last year in an apartment on the third floor (there is no elevator, so it's hard for elderly people to carry suitcases). There are some flaws. And so on to a solid four! A small garden-flower garden, fountain, benches. I liked it - The beautiful territory of the hotel, there is Parking, you can walk to the sea in 10 minutes with a calm step along the central alley, near the Great Pityunt landmark, there is a Playground across the street in the park, the hotel has a dining room. At our request, we were provided with a high chair and a baby potty in our room, since we were traveling with a small child. The heating is air conditioned, but we were also provided with a heater.
