It's strange that few people come here. But I was delighted. I liked it more than the Uffizi Gallery. Perhaps in April everything will bloom and it will be better and more beautiful. But I really liked it. Florence in the heart ❤️
A very good place - I recommend it to all lovers of Titian, Raphael, Caravaggio, Rubens and other venerable Italians. The art gallery of these masters is more interesting than the week's exhibition of contemporary art, which is unclear about what. The guide said that for one entrance ticket you can visit 4 exhibitions - the main art gallery, an exhibition of modern art, a costume gallery and, in my opinion, a silver museum.
Here, in the courtyard, there is a Versailles - by the way, the Italians made the French Versailles, well, or just the French ripped off the Italians - it's anyone's choice.
We were lucky, there was no queue at all at the entrance.
Such a hefty domina, in our opinion, means a palace. On the other side there is the same huge garden, which you can walk through with your legs and stay alive ... well, a very serious test! However, if you look and walk around everything slowly, carefully looking into all sorts of nooks and crannies (and there are a lot of them on the territory), the walk will not seem very passive☝️ And in general, if I were the local authorities, I would place as many pavilions with soda and the famous Italian gelata, that is, ice cream, in the park area as often as possible...
Then a visit to this outstanding monument of architecture of the quattrocento would not only be informative, but also pleasant, that's 😉
Florence is a fairy tale in the flesh, and the Bobboli Gardens, the Pitti Gallery, the Uffizi, are masterpieces for all time. It's a pity that it's only one day.
