Inexpensive draft beer. Convenient work schedule until 22:00 (if you don't drink beer at night). There is a lot of traffic, so the beer is always fresh. It is located at a bus stop, there is no other parking nearby. Sometimes the entire stop is occupied by customer cars. Bus drivers are nervous, but they don't seem to be too nervous.
