As a result, they offered 50 rubles for me to go the day before the wedding and steam the suit, after which they were sent to a well-known address! Beware and do not order ANYTHING from this office with DELIVERY TO OTHER CITIES!!!!!

After reading some of the comments, I realized that I was not the only one who faced a problem in communicating with the service staff, the seller is a narcissistic and arrogant dude (sorry for the pun). An attempt to impose one's point of view and argue about tastes, desires and habits in matters not directly related to the product is completely absurd. Constant bragging and showing off your "dubious" achievements is inappropriate. You see, he has been working for 15 years (which was repeated by him repeatedly), but just like in life, wisdom does not always come with age, sometimes age comes alone, so here, there is work experience, and there is zero experience in communicating with clients. I think for 15 years it was possible to understand that within the framework of the services provided, the client's word is the law, and if you do not ask about it, you need to keep your opinion to yourself, especially if it does not concern the services provided. And the words, I quote: "I will specifically sell this shoe size to teach you a lesson, listen to an adult." You see, he's an adult (going back to age and wisdom) What is it called anyway?? Did I come to school to be taught and told how to act in this or that situation or what?? If he wants to teach people like that, he's obviously taken a wrong turn, and I'll find a place to spend my money. In general, extremely negative impressions, although the situation as a whole was even a little amused, for the first time in my life the seller began to present me for my beliefs, although, I repeat, no one asked him about it. The assortment is not bad, I wanted to start dressing in this store and recommend it to my friends, but alas, I will refrain, I will choose another one. And so the question arises, who taught whom a lesson???

When I frankly said that I didn't really like the way the jacket fits on my husband, the seller said that I didn't understand fashion, that he (apparently, a great stylist) was ready to do an analysis of the wardrobe in which my husband came, that our shirt under the suit also sucked. We measured one suit, it was crumpled, like from .... we decided to leave, since we already spent a lot of time for crumpled suits.
