First of all, hello, I visited you and my wife today, we stopped for a snack. We chose a place next to the window. Outside, right in front of our window, sitting on the curb, kitchen staff, cleaners and other staff were actively smoking, chatting loudly and, most outraged, watching us with undisguised interest. It was extremely unpleasant when people, who essentially represent the institution, "glared" at us, whispered, laughed and almost openly pointed their fingers in our direction.
I admit, this behavior of the staff is completely inappropriate and does not correspond to the status of the institution, which positions itself as a place of rest and pleasant leisure. I understand that all people have the right to rest, but I consider it unacceptable when employees allow themselves to behave in public in this way, without thinking about the impression they leave on the guests.
If I were the owner of this cafe, I would certainly pay attention to this situation and take the necessary measures to avoid a repeat of such cases. I sincerely hope that the administration will listen and take measures to improve the service and staff behavior so that guests do not have to experience such discomfort.

Is it very tasty to eat with fast service? So you should pay attention to Pizza Blues! There is a small queue only at the checkout, there are always free tables. The prices on the menu are average, not overpriced, and not only pizza! You can not smoke, but this is not a minus, but a plus of such an institution, since many come with children. Pleasant music, not loud, does not interfere with talking, but you do not have to strain your ears.

This is the very first cafe of this chain in Ust-Kamenogorsk. They cook well, the choice is good, the prices are affordable. It's just a pity that some of the favorite dishes from the assortment periodically go away. They are replaced, of course, by others.
