Unfortunately, my visit to the Pizza Blues branch left an extremely negative impression. From the very beginning, everything went wrong. Dirty forks were brought, on which the remains of food were clearly visible. It felt like they were just washed under running water, not caring about cleanliness. Questions about sanitation arose immediately.
Although the hall was empty, the wait for our order dragged on for more than 20 minutes. All this time we sat and watched as the people who came later than us were already receiving their meals. What prevented us from being served faster is a mystery.
But that's not all. When the food finally arrived, the waiters managed to take the plates so that their fingers touched the food. This is an absolute disrespect for customers and a lack of basic hygiene skills. It seemed that the staff was completely uninterested in their work and did not care about the comfort of the guests.
The cafe left an unpleasant aftertaste not only from the food, but also from the quality of service. We are disappointed, and we do not plan to return here anymore. I do not recommend visiting this institution to anyone.

Of course , we ordered the tenderness cutlets to take away with mashed potatoes . After bringing home, the child was horrified. 🤣exactly 3 teaspoons of mashed potatoes. 3 TEASPOONS 🤣🤣🤣. And a cook should learn how to cook mashed potatoes (it's hard to call it mashed potatoes..) just potato paste .

I remember when students went to Pizza, there is always the same problem, they carry the order for a long time and bring pizza, which they have to eat in dry water and drinks after half an hour. Almost 20 years have passed and nothing has changed. I went in for lunch, there weren't many people, hot food was brought in 30 minutes later, I ate it dry, there were 5 minutes left before the end of the lunch break, there was nowhere to go, I had to go to work. I got up, got dressed, and looked at my dessert and water being brought. I drank on the go, the dessert was really beautifully packed for me. Tasty, inexpensive, but damn, the trouble with the service has always been and is.

It can be a little noisy here, but not critical, since the cafe is family-run and most of the visitors come with children. The wait for the order is not long, it usually takes me less than an hour for lunch, in a place with waiting and a leisurely meal. The food is on the level of a very good canteen.
