On Saturday evening we decided to order rolls, the time was later (23:10). Unfortunately, there was little choice in Grodno, as many establishments had already closed. The choice fell on pizza&coffe. Of course, the reviews were alerted, but people mostly complained about the pizza, and not a word about the rolls.
It was decided to order a Hot set, worth 48 rubles. We also added wasabi and cheese sauce for free delivery. As a result, 51 rubles came out. The order has been placed. The operator did not call, but just received a notification on the phone about the acceptance of the order and the delivery time. The rolls were delivered earlier than the specified time.
They were hot. Wasabi, cheese sauce and chopsticks were present.
And now to the most interesting part! The rolls were just huge, like cow tortilla, which does not meet the standards of Japanese cooking technology. The roll was falling apart, it didn't keep its shape. It tastes and looks like it's worth 20 rubles, no more! It feels like it was cooked by an inexperienced dry cleaner from the cheapest products. We were able to master only 1/5 of the set. They tried to put more wasabi, but even that didn't help. It was impossible to eat. After 15-20 minutes, my stomach started to hurt. They immediately took the pills.
I can't even believe that such an institution exists in Grodno. I've never encountered anything like this before! I love Japanese cuisine with all my heart. But it's a shame to even sell SUCH a thing for 50 rubles! There are wonderful sushi bars in Grodno, where you can order 1 kg of chic rolls for 30-40 rubles.
The administration should take into account all the negative reviews about the quality of the dishes, service and customer service.
Complaints have not stopped to this day for several years now and remain unheeded.
Shame on you!!!

Here is such a yummy thing for 40p
We ordered a large pizza with shrimp on a thin dough. Appearance discourages the desire to eat completely. There are 7 small shrimps for the whole pizza (for the sake of interest, they just counted), the pizza itself instead of dough, as if on pita bread for shawarma (even look at the sides in the photo - they are not there), it is unclear why 40p is here
The photo shows that it does not exactly weigh 900g, as indicated on the website. And the appearance, well, it should be a shame to bring such a thing!
I do not advise it, if it were possible to put 0 stars, I would put it.

we ordered fries for the child, brought fries with an unpleasant smell (spoiled butter), eventually threw it away, we couldn't get through on the phone, money was wasted and the child was hungry

Hello.
I ordered pizza, meat, cheese edges, added additional champignons from the ingredients ...
They brought a little more than an hour later, the pizza is delicious, no doubt, but I didn't see any champignons there (((I'm asking from here, what did I pay 1.60 for???Why the function of adding ingredients if they are not added???And the payment is taken ...

Вчера заказывали доставку на др дочери. Заказали 2 разные пиццы и картошку фри. В назначенное время привезли 2 пиццы одинаковые. Когда открыли были в шоке. Мало того что одинаковые. Так ребенок плакал от вида пиццы. Никто из детей не хотел даже пробовать. Это были два сырных цыплёнка (основа, сырный соус, помидоры и кубиками нарезанный рулет из птицы). Праздник был испорчен. На следующий день позвонила оператору. Та сказала что разговор вчерашний не прослушать и уверяла что я заказывала 2 одинаковые пиццы. Потом сказала что на следующий заказ нам сделают 20 процентов скидку. Нам уже не нужно! Это был первый и последний раз когда мы заказывали в данном заведении. И деньги были потраченны не малые 56.90 р.

Если быть честным, пицца отстой. Это даже и пиццей то не назовешь. Больше написать то и нечего даже. Все пиццы на вид и вкус одинаковые.

Это позор, честно.
Вчера заказала первый раз за долгое время пиццу в пицца&кофе. И то, что я увидела дома, когда открыла коробку меня шокировало. У меня были гости, и мне было стыдно за то, что я принесла за 35 руб!
Полная жиром бедная с отвратительным тонким тестом и безвкусной начинкой.
Это уровень санты в лучшем случае.

Ничего пока не покупал, но не очень понравилось как обслуживали клиента, когда я находился рядом. Персонал курит прям у входа в помещение, это легко исправить!

Самая вкусная пицца! По вкусу понятно, что используют настоящий твердый сыр, а не белковые химические заменители, не обманывают с ингредиентами.
