We came in when we were passing through in a Beret because they are located near a park and a pond- you can go out and walk. The establishment itself is quite normal, we ordered 2 pizzas- nothing special, the prices are quite reasonable, the service is also without complaints - brought / taken away.
We called through the website 2 small pizzas for pickup in the amount of 37.80 rubles. We promptly called back, offered to deliver them for free, but it was easier and more convenient for us to pick them up ourselves. They said it would be ready in 25-30 minutes. After 15 minutes, they came to pay and wait for readiness. And the pizza was already ready, but the amount was called 43.80 rubles. When asked why the amount differs from the amount in the order, they looked at my order from my phone and replied that they "accidentally punched one big one", and not as I ordered. I haven't paid for anything yet. Where did you punch that?) That is, in 2024, your orders from the site are manually entered somewhere and therefore they may make a mistake, do I understand correctly? Seriously?) Otherwise, where did the other PRICE come from?! I often take pizza in different places and there hasn't been a single mistake at all! And you have the first order with an error. Okay, if we made a mistake and gave away the wrong thing, I still understand that everything happens, we people can make mistakes, but when the order amount differs from the site, it is very sad... Is there really some huge problem with automatically unloading orders from the site in 2024? I probably work in some fantastic place where, in addition to automatically unloading orders from the site, the actual availability of the product is also displayed. And such "magic" has been working for us for many years!
