I ordered a pizza and waited as long as the operator said. The courier arrived, was 30 minutes late, started snapping, after which the director called and sent him in plain text along erotic paths. There is no desire to get involved with this company. The holiday is ruined.

I ordered it through Yandex. They drove for a long time, the pizza arrived cold, respectively, not tasty. The French fries are bland, because of the temperature, they even seemed raw. Caesar salad with Peking cabbage finally finished us off.
It was my first order at this place. And this was the last order.
I strongly advise against it.

Very cozy place, beautiful interior (the most beautiful of all pizzerias in the city!). Polite staff. There is a varied menu, there is a sushi and a bar menu. If you come with children, while the pizza is being prepared, children can watch cartoons, or draw with crayons on a slate on the entire wall. I highly recommend this cozy place!!

Today we ordered pizza in the morning for photography, they brought it on time, the product itself tastes decent, but we clearly did not hear about the service in this institution: the order was by 11:00, the courier called at 10:57 and said that he was there, I replied that I would be in three minutes, to which I received an answer "I see," and a heavy, languid sigh. Upon receipt of the order and payment, the courier did not even bother to extinguish the cigarette, but continued to smoke, and also asked the question "do you need a receipt?", by the way, he only issued a terminal receipt, he did not issue a fiscal cash receipt. And the last "nail in the coffin of the service" was the complete absence of napkins.
I give 2 stars only for the quality of the product

A walk-through pizzeria. The cashier is strangely unfriendly, as if we came home to offer her a filter. It would look appropriate in some kind of passport office. They had (maybe have) a promotion when you buy for a certain amount, spin the wheel of luck. She didn't even mention it. When reminded of this, the facial expressions were as if her PO and I were going to take the bonus.
Pancakes for breakfast with disgusting garlic sauce, (ranch), belching from it was until dinner. And of course it is not indicated anywhere that it is garlic.
At the same time, there were no questions about the pizza.
