It would be possible to put a zero. Pizzas were ordered in the morning for the evening. The wrong order was delivered late. Then they brought 3 instead of 4, demanded to pay for 4. The manager did not say anything, apologized and that was it. Quality is 0, customer orientation is 0. There used to be a good place, but now they are too greedy.

It's time to change the upholstery of the sofas. I left three times in torn tights. I use it at least once a month. And there is nowhere else in Svetlogorsk to meet with friends or business partners. They are delicious, polite, attentive, and the prices are acceptable. Thanks!

We came to eat and relax, we wanted to order lunch (it was 15:40 on the clock),we were told that the dinners ended at 3 o'clock, the waiter behaved disgustingly, to wait for the waiter, we need to wait until she talks with all the staff, after our remarks about the dinners, to our surprise, another waiter came,finally- then we made an order, half of the dishes from the menu were not in the kitchen, well, okay, we measured up, brought tasteless noodles with curry (there is a completely different dish and sauce on the menu), the chicken seemed to die once again in my plate, the rest of the dishes were made in advance and heated in the microwave, in general, the service is at zero,there is no pleasure from driving at all:(

We came to this institution today, the electricity went out during our order. We sat for an hour waiting. There are no questions about the light, it's not their fault. There are very big claims against the administrator. During working hours, when there were customers in the hall (although there were few of them due to the lack of light), including children, the administrator invited the waiters to drink champagne. And they did not go into the back room, but stood in the middle of the hall, in full view of the customers and drank champagne at full volume. Instead of somehow smoothing out this situation and offering at least some solution to the problem so that customers stay (dessert, drinks), the administrator encourages drinking alcoholic beverages at the workplace. This is the bottom, gentlemen!

After the dog and I (a small levretka in a carrier bag) were not allowed into the shopping center, I specially went to the cafe and asked the waiter if it was possible to have lunch with the dog on the veranda. She said of course! I parked the car, waited for my relatives and joyfully came to the veranda, where the administrator, slurping borscht, told me without looking up from her plate that this was a catering place and animals were not allowed. Oh, the 21st century is in the yard, separate the collective farm from the city already.

The dishes in the restaurant are more or less, and the delivery is just tin. Every time they bring some terrible pizzas, then a stick from some kind of broom in the pizza, then all the pizzas are crumpled as if someone sat on them, then burnt. I just don't have the strength anymore. This time again, three pizzas are just black, but they taste like charcoal. Every time I hope that something has changed for them and every time they disappoint.
