Good afternoon, we were at dinner with the family, the waiter took the order, brought it for the child, forgot about my husband and mine. We just sat there for 50 minutes and as a result, the waiter said we hadn't ordered anything. When we came to pay, she deleted our order from the receipt. We didn't even get an apology. I do not recommend going to Tempo pizza on Yakub Kolas because of the terrible service. It's better to choose another place.

Never order anything from this organization!!! Delivery is a special kind of piggery! They won't put napkins on you, the cutlery will be brought with mold! The quality of the dishes is 2.5 out of 5. The pizza "as an apology" will be brought rubber... The service is ugly, as is the attitude towards customers! If your health is dear to you, close this site and contact your competitors! Maybe they will start to appreciate people here, which I doubt very much!!! They definitely do not know how to correct their mistakes (only with me this is the second case, the first time I understood and forgave, but the second time they surpassed all the facets of piggishness!)

We rarely eat in the hall, I usually take a takeaway pizza here. Because the price/taste is justified. It is especially advantageous to take a short number from Monday to Thursday (see the website) because the second pizza goes for 3p.
There are both budget options and more expensive ones. Of course, it all depends on the filling. Four cheeses and an appetizing one remain my constant favorites. Recently, by the way, a new product has appeared - lean pizza. We tried it... inkrble, it's delicious too. I advise you to take it on a thin dough, because the classic after cooling creates a "dry" impression of pizza. But while it's hot, of course, it's delicious and satisfying.
The staff is friendly, well versed in the menu and will always tell you what is better to take. At least that was the case with me) The guys who give out takeaway orders are also cool. I came earlier / later - it's not a problem at all, no one makes claims, as it sometimes happens in other establishments.
I remember once I didn't have time to pick up an order before 22 pm (they only work until that time), called back on a short number, explained the situation. The guys got into the situation and organized the delivery. The order was for a special offer (yes, the one with the 2nd pizza for 3p.) I paid a little extra, and now it's hot, it's already near my house.
In general, judge for yourself. But when there is such a customer orientation... I am delighted with these guys.

Very slow waiters. The cocktail was brought in 25 minutes and then only after repeated request. It's the same with Cola, it was brought after repeated request. There are almost no waiters on the second floor, if you want to order something, you have to go down and place an order yourself or wait for who knows how long, hoping that someone will remember you. Dishes are brought in any sequence at different times to the same company of guests. Bringing pizza /hot food before the drink is already a feature of this place. The appearance of some waiters leaves much to be desired. There is no service!!!

The atmosphere is calm and lamp-like. The staff was pleasantly pleased, the girl served very politely and kindly. I ordered pizza with pickup on 05/27/24 at Yakub Kolas, 37.
It's just a nightmare. There is a minimum amount of filling, and it was randomly thrown, and most of the pizza is just dough without anything! There was practically no cheese. It's the most terrible pizza I've ever seen. I will not order any more here
