We came in today with my son and wife. The service is disgusting. We sat down and waited for someone to come up for 10-15 minutes. They brought the menu and disappeared, waited for 15 minutes, spat and turned around and went to the food courts. We used to come in, I liked it. Of course, it is more important to chat with colleagues, to dig into the phone. Not another foot. Go on to the food courts, there is something to choose from

Disgusting!
I was terribly upset because I waited for the order for 30 minutes! I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, and they brought me a Bavarian one! They also said that I had such a temper, although they reread it and said "Hawaiian"! I was not alone and I was not alone. I heard that they said "Hawaiian"

Convenient location (in the building of the shopping center, 100m from the railway station). The 4th floor has a great panoramic view. The menu is excellent, the service is excellent.

Does it probably require knowledge of higher mathematics? It's a difficult task to combine a faucet with a glass, it's much easier for all the staff to stand and giggle together all the time

It was 5.01.2023. We arrived at ~18:35. We were immediately warned that waiting for pizza is 30-35 minutes. We made an order ~18:40: ice cream for children, Coca-Cola and 2 pizzas. After 20 minutes, we were approached with a question, maybe we should bring ice cream while there is no pizza?) After another 20 minutes, pizza appliances and a glass of exhausted drink were brought : ((( after that, for the next 20 minutes, they said: we're already carrying, we're already carrying pizza. We did not wait for her. So the service is very so-so!

The service is terrible, or rather the lack of it. I don't like to write reviews, but this case just pissed me off. Of course, I understand that you have a lot of orders in the evening, but can't you even bring the menu in 20 minutes? We sat down in the center of the hall and the waiters were passing by all the time, it was simply impossible not to notice us. And yet, before my eyes, new customers came to other tables, who were immediately served. As a result, he left without even waiting for the menu. If you have self-service or need to run around the room to catch the waiter by the hand, then say so.

I remember what a good network used to be... It's terrible now!!! My wife and I came in and brought cold dishes. And when they ordered two soups and potatoes with nuggets home and at the same time gave 35p (the quality should be appropriate, and not soup that is not possible (one vinegar) and a small piece of meat....a couple of potatoes and 5 nuggets.) There is a feeling that the staff brings home normal products!!!

It's just a nightmare. I decided with my girlfriend to take a pizza to take away. While the waiter was trying to figure out how to enter the order, she was distracted for a second, and then she just ran away. I had to remind you that our order was never placed. We were standing next to the cash register, but everyone was running around and just ignored the fact that customers were waiting right next to the cash register for something.
And the most important thing. We paid for the pizza right away, and I would like to get at least some kind of receipt with which we would then pick them up. To which we were told that we would just need to name what was in our order, and nothing was given. So anyone can pick up our paid order without a receipt? If we are to make takeaway orders possible in advance, is it really impossible to provide coupons? The girl in front of us made an order in advance for a certain time. In the end, she came and was told to wait because her order was not ready.
The other woman was in a hurry, she was told to wait 15 minutes. She came up after 15 minutes and was told to wait another 15 🤟🏻
I add: pizza also just makes you want to cry and laugh at the same time. A small slice of tomato was cut into 4 even smaller ones and put in a pizza 🤦♂️😂

Since 2014, we have been frequent visitors to Tempo Pizza in Galileo. The always friendly staff met at the entrance, escorted to the table and promptly approached to accept the order. 10/15/2021 after 19.00, my friend and I decided to visit Tempo Pizza again. No one from the staff met us at the entrance, and when we turned to one waiter and asked if there were any empty seats, he replied that there were no seats, turned around and left. despite this, we went into the hall and found a place for ourselves. Moreover, in addition to ours, there were still empty seats in the hall, which were not cleaned by the waiters. When the menu was brought to us and the dishes were selected, the waiter came up to us 30 minutes later to accept the order. We ordered a pizza of 31 cm (it didn't look like it corresponded to the specified diameter). After that, we ordered a 26 cm pizza, which, as it turned out, was no different in size from the previous one. Also, the waiters are absolutely not aware of the gramming of ice cream portions. Since we are not conflicted people, we did not start a showdown about 5 cm of pizza, it is not reasonable, but the initial indifference of the staff spoiled all that good impression that had been formed over the years.
