They asked if there was an option to make a vegan pizza. We agreed that we would remove the cheese from the base and add our own ingredients. After 20 minutes, we pick up the pizza, which contains Sour Cream sauce, and after a short dialogue, we find out that milk is added to the base. It is a pity that the staff does not know what a vegan diet is and offers options that do not meet the customer's needs

Terrible diner, the service is disgusting, we waited 20 minutes until the menu was brought, the kitchen is terrible…We ordered borscht, but it feels like we ate solid vinegar, pancakes with brisket were brought with sour cream that were heated in the microwave, sour cream just spoiled from the microwave, such is not respect for visitors…I do not recommend and do not advise....

The worst pizzeria in the entire Tempo chain. When I opened the pizza at home, I didn't even realize that it was the same BARBECUE Chicken that I usually buy at the Arena. Fillings are at best 50% of the required amount . The dough is not even close to thin, rather something in between lush and Italian.

I take off one star for ordering a Clown dish, the picture on the menu was slightly different from the image on the plate, you know, children love the picture. And the cutlet was over-dried... Overall, the impression of this place is good. The service is pleasant.
