A good place to have a full meal. A large selection of dishes. With a small load of the hall, the staff can be faster. I wish to take this point into account in the future. I tried a cold brew, pasta, pizza margarita, pancakes, cappuccino. I liked the serving and the quality of the dishes.

And so, we were with friends on the evening of November 11th. The waitress came over quickly. One of the friends made an order right away (Hawaiian pizza, colsons and a drink), the rest a little later. The waitress came 3 times while we were openly reading the menu and thinking what to order. On the one hand, this is good, on the other - if a person sees that we are flipping back and forth through the menu and talking, then why approach? There were 3-4 people besides us, there were 7-8 hours.
Farther. We all made an order, 2 pizzas in total. They brought everything at the same time in 10 minutes. But the pizza that was ordered earlier was already cold, dry and burnt. It was so bad that it crunched with every bite. The second pizza, which was ordered later, was warm.
The drinks were served in dirty dishes. I worked at the bar myself, and purely on principle I sat rubbing a glass with a napkin (pina colada, no photo). The milkshake glass was also dirty (photo).
There are no questions for the staff, but for the service as such, yes. 3 crispy pizzas out of 10

We went on a day off with the children for lunch, made an order.
The first order arrived for me in about 30 minutes. And the children in an hour! For exactly an hour, the children waited for one serving of French fries and cheesecakes. We distracted the children as much as we could, the children ate bread while they waited. We went out into the hall to distract ourselves, but we still didn't carry the order. The husband asked them directly: when? (And we were waiting for fries, cheesecakes, borscht and pasta)
The waitress replied: We don't know, there are a lot of people on the second floor, a lot of orders.
An hour later, I specially went up to the second floor, there were 4 tables occupied in total, although one for 8 people.
The pasta was brought to my husband when we were already leaving angry. The pasta was super spicy, it was impossible to eat, which we were not warned about.
The result: minus more than 100 rubles, minus an hour of life, bad mood, hungry husband, half-starved children

I come here every week, sometimes 2 times. A great quiet place, pleasant waiters, everything is very tasty. kids like the clown from the menu. We always order classic Margaritas, so the last week has shown that the pizzeria does not refine a little to the quality that it had a couple of weeks ago, the pizza is made dry, the cheese is significantly less and distributed unevenly, the dough is all baked. I drew the attention of the staff to this.

The staff leaves much to be desired.
A company of 8 people, 4 adults and 4 children, came on 11/22/2024, Went up to the second floor, there were 3-4 free tables. There were no signs that they could reserve. The waiter offered us to sit at one table, all 8 people because, according to him, one table is provided for one company. After the outrage, they still agreed to provide a second table.
I was very upset that this approach is for big companies.

the room is spacious, the staff is friendly. The food arrived quickly. I tried pizza with pineapple and chicken. The pieces of chicken were huge, not in a good way - just shapeless balls, under which a slice of pizza fell through and tore. It tasted good, but after an hour and a half there was heaviness in the stomach, heartburn, and so on for 12 hours (there was no opportunity to take pills, after they felt better). I didn't like the caramel dessert. The white mulled wine is good.

Disgusting attitude of the staff! There were six people sitting in a company, as a result, one person left absolutely hungry without waiting for ANYTHING, and the second did not see his coffee! And this is after an hour and a half of our stay there!!! As it turned out, the waitress somehow magically just forgot about part of the order, although all the dishes were ordered at the same time. But the whole order was included in the bill! I strongly advise against visiting this institution, especially during the period of any events at the Minsk Arena👎

I often visit many points of this network, but I managed to visit Minsk Arena for the first time. And I really liked it! The waiters were polite and attentive, with full boarding, the waiting time was about 15-20 minutes. All the dishes were hot and beautiful, and most importantly, delicious!

The prerequisite was to make it without onions, the waiter was with a notebook and kind of wrote down the order. What was my disappointment when I found at home that the burger was cooked with lots of red onion rings!!! Disappointment : (there is no desire to come to this place anymore!

То самое идеальное сочетание цена и качество. Разнообразное меню на любой вкус, порции достаточно большие, всё очень вкусно. Не могу сказать за весь персонал, я была всего два раза и оба раза попадала на смену одной и той же официантки, очень внимательная к посетителям, оперативно работает, поэтому время ожидания было минимальным.

Замечательное место, прихожу и каждый раз наслаждаюсь отличным сервисом и быстрой отдачей блюд и напитков, еда вкусная , напитки насыщенные и не разбавленные , как в некоторых заведениях 🙄, официанты шустрые и вежливые. Была как-то раз небольшая конфликтная ситуация за соседним столиком от меня , но понимающие и доброжелательные администраторы данного заведения все быстро разъяснили ! Вообщем одни положительные эмоции оставляет данное заведение, после каждого посещения!!!

Сегодня посетили с семьей данное заведение и остались в восторге. Работа персонала на высшем уровне, такое отношение к посетителям большая редкость. Менеджер Анна помогла забронировать столик с красивым,атмосферным видом, на протяжение нашего вечера следила все ли хорошо и вкусно, официант Кирилл очень внимательный, вежливый, быстро сориентировал по меню, а бармен Максим помог нам подобрать подходящий напиток, это был лучший кофе в моей жизни. Еда очень вкусная.Здесь играет хорошая музыка и уютно.Остались под большим впечатлением, посетим это место точно ещё не раз.

Часто хожу туда, кормят вкусно.
Когда обслуживает парень, вообще полный восторг.
Когда молодая девушка, каждый раз долго, говоришь, кофе пожалуйста горячий, пофиг, то хлеб забудет, то десерт (зато в счет включить не забывает).
Сказала, администратору, мол вот такое обслуживание, что в счет включили блюда которые не принесли. Молча вернула деньги и ушла. Тип пофиг, так тоже норм.

Всё на высшем уровне. Обслуживал молодой человек 18.10.2021, обслуживание понравилось, был вежлив, доброжелателен и понимающий. Также понравилась очень пицца "Кальцоне с ветчиной и грибами", Наверное единственное место в Минске, где есть пицца "Кальцоне" в двух вкусах, ещё одна с курицей. Очень вкусная. Рекомендую попробовать хотя бы один раз в жизни, особенно с ветчиной и грибами, там конечно с маслинами, но мы попросили их убрать и нам не отказали.
Сидения на мой взгляд не очень комфортные.

Очень вкусная еда, карбонара особенно порадовала. Очень приятный и вежливый персонал, особенно порадовал официант Илья. Подают всё достаточно быстро. Заведение атмосферное, не ресторан первого класса, но всё равно очень приятное заведение. Очень советую к посещению.

Раньше могла с уверенностью придти в Пицца Темпо, зная что еда вкусная и качественная.
С мужем заказали пиццу огненную, Цезарь с креветками и салат с лососем и яйцом пашот. Так вот пицца была совсем не огненная, на вид не очень, но кушать можно.
Цезарь вовсе не Цезарь, креветки мелкие отварные и безвкусные, листья салата очень жесткие, нормальные только сухарики, сыр точно не пармезан, а самый дешёвый мягкий сыр. Перепелиного яйца и Черри не было. Соуса почти не было, максимум пол кофейной ложки
В салате с лососем доставали косточки , и яйцо пошли повар явно готовить не умеет.
Ещё раз в это сомнительное заведение явно не пойдём, впечатление очень испортилось

Очень необычный интерьер и вид из окна. Размеренная спокойная музыка. Большой ассортимент вкусной пиццы. Демократичные цены. Постоянно появляются новинки.
Из минусов: в ноябре при большом количестве посетителей сказали ждать пиццу до часа. Это не приемлемо! Внесите коррективы.

Ужасное обслуживание и работа сотрудников!
Заказали пиццу и лазанью, официант сказал, что время ожидания минут 20-25. Мы согласились и ждали. Прошло 40 минут - тишина. Я подошла уточнить, что с заказом, мне ответили, что у них большой предзаказ и надо еще подождать. Только об этом никто не предупреждает, когда делаешь заказ. В итоге спустя час я еще раз подошла к сотрудникам, хотела попросить, чтобы они с собой все сложили, тк мы уже опаздывали в аэропорт, на что я получила ответ, что надо будет еще минут 20 подождать, тк у них в приоритете другие заказы извне! Вопрос один, почему нельзя было изначально сказать, что у них печь ближайшие 1,5 часа пиццу не выдаст в зал, не понятно.
Также был заказан имбирный чай, который принесли холодным и салат цезарь с гнилыми помидорами.
Впечатление от заведения самые ужасные, которые только могли оказаться. В итоге почти все остались голодные и впустую потратили 1,5 часа.
Даже одна звезда это много для оценки нашего посещения вашего ресторана.

Праздновали день рождения 13.06.2022 в этом месте,по еде и напиткам все было вкусно,карбонара была немного пересушена..но!Пиццерия работает до 22:00,официант в 21:45 настаивал принести счет..т.к они в 22:00 закрываются.Это выглядело как будто нас хотели выгнать.Конечно это было не очень приятно,хотя они должны работать до последнего клиента!

Очень приятное, уютное и милое место. Персонал вежливый приветлив и улыбчив. Теперь буду частым гостем здесь. Пицца довольно вкусная. По ценам все приемленно. В общем мы с дочерью остались очень довольны. Благодарим персонал👍
