A visit to the Pizza Tempo restaurant left mixed feelings. Despite the lively atmosphere and the large number of visitors, which, in principle, could explain the delay in service, some aspects of the visit were disappointing.
First of all, I was disappointed by the absence of some items from the menu, in particular, lasagna and tea in kettles. Such situations undermine the credibility of the institution and create the impression of insufficient preparation for customer service.
On the other hand, having a children's menu is an undoubted plus, especially for families with children. However, the quality of children's ice cream containing ice crystals indicates a violation of storage technology and raises concerns about the freshness of the products.
The main dishes, such as pancakes with ham and chicken, turned out to be bland and featureless. The salad, which lacked a poached egg, did not match what was stated on the menu. In addition, the volume of tea for 6 rubles seemed disproportionately small. In general, the taste of the dishes did not meet expectations, and I could not find anything for myself that would leave a pleasant impression.

We ordered pancakes, pasta, cheesecakes and tea (cranberry kind), we liked everything very much, everything was delicious, the work of the staff was excellent, polite, everything was brought on time. I liked everything!
I especially liked the draniki, probably the most delicious draniki, except homemade ones, that I have ever tried, fried properly, the sauce with which they served is very tasty. My wife took pasta and cheesecakes, which I also tried, she really liked the cheesecakes, I basically liked them too.
The experts were polite, asked when what dish to serve, and served as soon as we finished the main course, they served a floppy disk.
I recommend an institution to visit!

09.02. Pizza Tempo's "Lose your money, nerves and time" promotion
, I think everyone is already aware of the pepperoni promotion that took place at this pizzeria on February 9th. After making an order online and paying for it online at 2 p.m., I received neither a pizza nor a call explaining that the pizza could not be delivered. The pizzeria's Instagram account replied that all pizzas ordered today would be delivered (of course, this did not happen). Why on Instagram? Because the phone wasn't answering, but the time, as it turned out, was ringing in rubles on my account.
I managed to get through to them only the next day, where the young man asked in surprise: "Did we deliver the pizza to you?" And then he promised that the money would be returned to the account within 24 hours (and yes, as you understand, they also did not return)
Bottom line: I spent money on a non-existent pizza and on calls to find out where it is, or at least my money.
~ 36 rubles thrown into the air and not a single pizza.
A promo code for a 20% discount and an apology for the lack of delivery, thank you, of course, but I will refrain. It's better to return the money.

Cozy cafe)))) I'm actually impressed with the service speed. Everything is fast and clear. The timing was amazing. According to the time, the pizza arrived in 10 minutes, although they talked for 15-20 minutes.

It's very cozy inside, especially on the sofas. Prices are normal (in comparison with other establishments), French fries and nuggets from the children's menu are many times tastier than in McBay and KFC (serving and selected potatoes). The only thing was, there was something spicy in the pizzas we took. Either the sauce, or the tomato paste itself is like that, or maybe the seasonings - for me it is very important that the food is not spicy. But here, we still did not understand what was the matter.
In general, I recommend it! The staff is sooooooo polite, the atmosphere is 😍

Today I come to another Tempo Pizza (on Dana Moll), and they tell me that in fact, even if you remove the meat from the borscht, it is cooked in beef broth!!!!
This situation occurred on the table in the middle in the Momo shopping center, please tell the composition in full,vegetarians are not allowed broths that cause harm to animals!!!!!!!!

The food is always delicious (especially the set with beer, even if you eat it with Cola). The atmosphere, the service - everything is at the highest level! Thank you for the consistently pleasant experience! Very rarely there is a desire to leave a positive review, but now I want to be among those who will add their brick to your excellent reputation.

We were at Momo today. We really wanted to try pizza. We are extremely depressed by the attitude of the staff. There were 5 of us, it is clear to any officer that we will order and not a few...But. they did not offer us a table, but said that it would be inconvenient for us here and we would not be able to accommodate (hinting to np that it would be better for us to leave). Although the officer should always offer an exit (by moving tables or seating guests, i.e. us). Then it was even worse.. we were already pretty nervous, we saw a large table on the food court, took the menu and went to get a job there, but a very respectable girl officer began to loudly resent that we were leaving the cafe with a menu...the pizza is delicious, but the service is rude. Not a customer-oriented cafe. We won't come again

I visit your place about once a month, everything was fine until the last visit. I usually come with a company, order pizza, sometimes snacks for beer and I like to eat salads
I tried both your caesar and the other chicken salad, everything was fine. But today Caesar was very disappointed. It was brought, there turned out to be 1 small cherry tomato, cut into 4 parts, which together weighs no more than 20 grams with the total weight of the salad clearly more than 200 grams, and then I doubt that with such a huge number of lettuce leaves, there will be more than 200 grams. I didn't really feel the dressing as such, the chicken fillet was completely covered in pepper, although before that there was a clean fillet, the croutons looked like mice had eaten, only holes. The pizza was delicious. They ordered more beer, draught beer, as if with almost no gases. When they paid off and left the establishment, an allergic reaction appeared on their face, although this had not happened before, perhaps to pepper, no one warned that it would be in the salad. I am very disappointed with my last visit, and I am unlikely to return to you.
I work in catering myself, and when such incidents happen, the institution tries to apologize in any way, for example, to make a discount on the bill, remove it from the bill, or at least treat you to a drink or dessert. I was told that the problem would be passed on to the cook and that's it. The impressions were very, very sad. I attach a photo of the salad

It's not the first time I've been there, but unfortunately today I came across a terrible waiter... we ordered salads and tea first. Then pizza. The pizza was delivered 2 minutes after the order, of course it's amazing that it was cooked so quickly, salads waited 10 minutes. In the end, they asked for a bill with a card, the waiter quickly calculated us and ran away somewhere without giving us a check, which was very surprising. After that, I looked at the SMS about the amount being debited and only 3.5 was debited (although the account was for 35p)
I went up to the waiter and said ( are you sure you copied correctly ? ). In response, he received complete silence and just got the amount and again without giving the check, the waiter ran away. Unfortunately, it was very insulting and not pleasant not to even hear a "thank you"
