I really like this pizzeria. You can always stop by for lunch for a snack or sit with your family in the evening. They cook deliciously and quickly enough.
I prefer salads and soups. But the second one with desserts is no worse.
Recently, my husband and I tried pizza on a thin dough: we were satisfied.
A big plus of the location: we used to go to Cornflowers, but there are queues there. We stopped at Pizza Tempo (there is only one kitchen, but the service is faster).

The jelly is delicious, like in Cornflowers. Cherry cheesecakes are divine! The carbonara is passable, but overall everything is delicious, But...!
The kitchen, Staff and Receptionist are completely unable to handle the dishes! We ordered 2 Chillies, 2 carbonaras and pancakes with Ham, in 45 minutes we brought only coffee, tea and 2 Chillies. After talking to the administrator, they somehow returned the pasta. Pasta with poached egg is disgusting! The egg was leaked! They did it right, but they didn't add salt. If you value your time and don't like to wait long, I don't recommend this place!

I often visit this institution, every time excellent service, friendly staff and delicious cuisine. I've been to many tempo pizza outlets, but only here they cook so many delicious pizzas, thanks for that. Especially desserts, there is a diverse selection of pizzas and the waiters will always help with the choice, orient the menu.

It wasn't a pleasant situation this morning. We arrived at about 11.25 a.m., at about 11:35 a.m. our order was accepted, we were told to wait 10-15 minutes, there was no one in the hall at all. They brought pizza to my friend as they said, and I ordered pancakes with cottage cheese and pancakes with ham and cheese, as a result, pancakes with cottage cheese were brought to me (although they should have been brought with ham) around 12.05, and ham was brought only after 15 minutes.... That is, I waited about half an hour for pancakes.. My friend has almost finished her pizza, but they just brought it to me.
It was very unpleasant, firstly, I was hungry in the morning, secondly, I was pregnant and it was already a little bad because of hunger, unfortunately I did not look at the waiter's name, he was somehow not experienced, at that moment I did not have the strength to swear and say something to someone.
This is not the first time we have come here, everything has always been great, but today the situation is not pleasant!

I understand that the hall is divided into conditional zones, but it is worth explaining to the guys that if the table is not theirs, it does not mean that it is fashionable to say anything and do)
In general , every time , the service is a complete bottom and I can't even tell you how much the waiters have no idea about the service , soups for them are a hot dish that is prepared in their opinion according to time , just like cheeks , declension is not used correctly , they left me without a drink ( by the way, I wanted to drink madly and I clarified this immediately), but of course the girl who brought the menu decided not to share the information with anyone , just said okay and decided to keep it to herself (my favorite game is "not my table"🤗
The food has also become much worse than before!

We ordered delivery, it was brought from this point.
There were shoals at every stage: sour cream was not delivered to the pancakes, a portion of soup was two spoons (if this is such a gram, then put the price lower!), there was also a hair in the soup from the children's menu.
The menu states: chicken thighs + mashed potatoes + salad
It definitely doesn't look like chicken thighs, rather just pieces of meat of a strange color, cabbage should be delivered in a separate container in a good way, is it really difficult to think about how it will be delivered to the customer, since during the delivery everything was mixed with mashed potatoes and it looked like it was unclear what.
There was no cheese in the ham and cheese pancakes.
Everything cold also arrived, the courier was half an hour late.
Thank you, but I will never come here again and I will not advise anyone for the sake of my safety.

Today, apparently, is not my day. Being tired and hungry after work, I decided to go to this place and have dinner. The waitress came over just once and then to hand over the menu. Then silence. The hall was half empty for a moment. I started to boil when the waiter came up to the girl who came after me, took the order and brought the dishes, and finally exploded when the order was brought to her, but no one came up to me! Almost half an hour of waiting for the waiter (25 minutes) How's that? Is it okay?
For the first time, I am shocked by the service and for the first time I have such a negative impression.

The food is delicious, but the service is low. My wife and I went to the cafe and waited 15 minutes for the waiter to come up to us and bring the menu. We've been waiting for drinks for a very long time, but that's okay. We asked for the bill and waited another 10 minutes. It feels like the waiters are paid so little that they just stupidly don't care about the visitors. The sediment is unpleasant, we will not come here anymore.

Of the advantages - fast service and convenient location from our house ...
Everything else is one solid minus:
- non-alcoholic mulled wine - tastes like the cheapest fruit tea from a bag and a whole bunch of rubbish at the bottom of the glass (you eat more than you get drunk with it)
- tangerine hot alcoholic drink is tasteless and in my opinion, if it is tangerine, then the main component is tangerine and not orange. Either the bartender messed up something, or the tangerines were over by our arrival. ))
- children's lemonade - the serving is beautiful, and there is more ice than in McDonald's. In fact, it was not a drink with ice, but ice with a drink.
- pizza dough is very, very thin, even too thin. The dimensions are quite small. The price of pizzas for such creations is way too high.
General impression: we will not come again and will not advise others.

A great place to relax. The musical accompaniment is pleasant, not stressful.
The pizzas are wonderful. The smell from the dough (we always take a lush one) is awesome.
There are enough drinks. YES, the price bites. But we don't regret it even so)
The staff is nice. They can tell you if you need to.
BUT we would like to advise you to consider changing the recipe for Sorento pizza. It turns out too sweet because of the combination of ingredients and, even more, because of the barbecue sauce. A more neutral sauce would be suitable there, taking into account the taste of a large number of ingredients, including sweet peppers.

I wanted to put more, but the staff did absolutely nothing for this.
First of all, the waiter spilled the cocktail when putting it on the table. It doesn't seem like anything, we're all human, but we could have cleaned up after ourselves or at least apologized - we didn't do any of this, the waiter just left.
The cocktail itself was brought in a glass that smelled like a dirty rag that had been used for a very long time.
When this was pointed out to the waiter, there was not even any trivial apology, not to mention the fact that some establishments give a compliment or discount for such misunderstandings.
In general, the only difference from the word service here is that they will accept and bring your order. The prices don't bite much, but with the diner-like service, it feels like a bit of an overdrive.
I won't recommend you to visit, but if you're willing to put up with the staff's shoals, the food seems to be good.

We came to sit with the whole family, we really liked the wide range of food and drinks, including the children's menu. The staff was very polite and helpful, especially the receptionist Polina, who asked if everything was fine with us and if we needed something else or for the child. Stunningly delicious drinks (both hot and cold), a sweet and positive bartender who did not refuse to warm up the juice for the child.
