A nice cozy place with polite staff. There is always a lot of filling in pizza, even on a thick dough, the taste of the dough is almost not felt. Cheeseburger Pizza deserves special attention, it's a combination, it's something divine.

This particular pizzeria has a disgusting service. There are no questions about the food, everything I tried was delicious, and 3 stars - exclusively for the service. Dirty tables, waiting for the waiter for a long time, the waiter does not hurry to clean the table, then does not hurry to bring the menu, then the soup takes 25-35 minutes. Maybe, of course, I was so "lucky", but in 1.5 years I came three times, and never managed to have a normal lunch / dinner on the spot. That's why I often come and take takeaway food with me. A wonderful place! Some expensive restaurants don't have the same service as here. We were with a small child, they brought us pencils , toys, and a balloon. Yesterday, my family and I visited tempo pizza on novaya Borovaya, remained under a "bright" impression, came in the evening, the waiter Dmitry served us. I liked the service, but it turned out much worse with the dishes. We ordered two steaks with beef, fillet, and fried squid.They asked to bring the dishes at the same time. The waiter said the time was 30 minutes. As a result, everything was brought in 45 minutes and the snack was cold! We did not complain, because we liked the service, but the sediment remained!

It's good that this place exists. You can also sit and have a delicious meal and order / pick up a takeaway. Responsive staff. There is often a full house. A terrace is available in the warmer months. I love Chili soup (it's just a lot of meat and it's not spicy at all, but even a little sweet) and a cooling coffee spritz.

We made an order: 2 pizzas to take away and one on the spot. We waited 50 (!) minutes, considering that only a few people were sitting in the hall. No one warned about the waiting time. As a result, they took 3 pizzas with them, because there was no time to eat pizza on the spot. It would be better to order 4 takeaway pizzas, 2 of which are for the promotion, spent the standard 15-20 minutes waiting and would not spoil your evening. I give the second star for at least apologizing.

Everything is OK, they just brought scrambled eggs with an expiration date (part of a piece of paper from some product). I noticed this, but the waiter just smiled kindly at me.
That's how I put 5 out of 5 to the waiter,
2 out of 5 kitchens, only because of an extra inedible ingredient.
1 out of 5 to a service manager/administrator who has not taught the staff how to act in such situations.

Today we served well, the child and I really liked everything... He thanked me and tipped the waiter.
I also wanted to leave a positive review on today's visit, but I saw the assessment for 2021. I drew the attention of the waiters (2 girls). They sincerely asked and explained that it was a piece of paper from eggs with an expiration date. I asked the director, who wanted to smooth something out last time (photo attached). But the director was not in place, and the staff, unfortunately, still do not know how to do this.
As a result, I wanted to put 5 *, but I will have to throw off another star, since exactly nothing has happened to the service in 2 years.
I emphasize that the waiters have nothing to do with this situation, they simply are not taught the criteria for quality service.
As it is, I like it here, the kitchen has started to work better, I recommend it

My favorite pizza chain. We come here all the time, because we live nearby. But even before that, we always went to Tempo, because other pizzerias didn't like the food. There is already a specific list of orders, as we do not change our tastes. It is cozy inside, there is a lot of wood in the interior. Sometimes the waiting time for food is 40-50 minutes, as they take turns cooking both for delivery and for visitors. Once we waited for an hour, we already wanted to leave, but in order to somehow make amends, they gave us a 20% discount. Very tasty hodgepodge, desserts.
I recommend going at least once and I think you will become a regular customer. Just ask immediately for the waiting time for food, so as not to sit in vain.
There are no problems with parking.

But somehow a not very pleasant incident happened to me. My friend and I ordered pizza. The waiter came up to us and just asked: Do you want cheese for pizza? We naturally agreed, they brought it to us, everything was fine. We looked at the receipt and it turned out that the cheese was also worth the extra money! It was just possible to warn that the cheese was paid or not offered at all. So I put 4.
