The establishment is typical for the establishments of this chain. But the location in Shabanah affects the service.
There are not enough waiters, when you are fully seated, you wait for a waiter for 30-40 minutes just to accept the order.

I stopped by the lunch menu, ordered pizza from the lunch menu and a bun. Waiting for a bun is a little less than 30 minutes (they brought cold), pizza is more than 30 minutes. The place is almost empty. For the lunch menu, this is unthinkable (at other points, if you ordered pizza from the lunch menu, you never faced a long wait. At the same time, those points were always scored). It is necessary to warn about this in advance.

The day before we were at another restaurant of this chain, heaven and earth!Fast, tasty and pleasant staff.

Today we celebrated a children's birthday in a pizzeria. Delight! The animator worked , no , she didn 't work , but she had a great birthday . Everyone liked it , and both children and parents ! Kitchen and service 12 points out of 10 . Both the kitchen and the pizzeria are on top , the salads and snacks are very tasty , the children voted for the pizza after eating everything ! Thank you very much to the admins and waiters : for help in choosing , submitting on time ( it was difficult , there were too many changes on our part ) and patience , understanding . In general, I highly recommend it to everyone, the children's birthday was a success - everyone was very happy!
