The first experience of visiting this place was 2 years ago, today, driving by, I remembered that I had once been here and decided to stop for dinner. The order was as follows: Ramen, three chocolates cake and cappuccino. There are no questions about the kitchen, but also delight. The order was served by pleasant waiters in 10-15 minutes. Pretty fast. Everything is as usual, just going to eat is more than enough. Ramen reminded the taste in Tokini, Cherry and pickled pepper were added (delicious), there were a lot of onions, so be prepared for this. The cappuccino is good. The order cost ~33 BYN. Acceptable.
Overall, I was satisfied. And I ate and sat in a closed cage. I would like to note that the waiters are pleasant and attentive. I threw 1 star exactly for them

They say that they do not go to an institution, but to people. Absolutely unprofessional and neglectful employees turned away from this place. Periodically we went here for lunch or dinner. We came this time, very hungry. We made an order. The first to arrive were cocktails in a jar with disgustingly sticky handles. It was unpleasant, but we wiped it ourselves. And they continued to wait for their Kiev cutlets for another half hour. By this time we were ready to eat ice from the lemonade. Then the cutlets finally arrived, RAW inside. A curtain. We were in a bit of shock, we didn't even figure out what was going on right away. The "miracles" did not end there and the staff continued to "please" us. They calmly showed the waitress this culinary miracle. She took everything away and offered to replace it. We asked the receptionist, but he didn't deign to come over. They asked for the bill. When it arrived, I asked if the institution was going to apologize somehow and asked to call the administrator again. But this time he didn't come up, and we were offered two desserts. Bottom line: wasted time, spoiled mood, never ate and NO ONE apologized or even intended to. The only one who behaved decently was a waitress girl. R.S.
