The pizza is delicious! Pizzaiolo is a master of his craft! We got to the owner of the pizzeria, he cooks very tasty! For those who would like to visit Italy but did not succeed, I advise you to go to this pizzeria. You will definitely get to little Italy and try real pizza!
The prices are affordable. Not more expensive than the same dodo or dominos, but much tastier. While they were waiting, drinks were brought immediately, and before they had time to take a couple of sips, the pizza was already ready. Everything is very fast.

The pizza is very tasty, the pasta is also fine, but there is no parmesan cheese or olives - the main attributes of Italian cuisine. And the range of wines is very poor. The service is long, as in general everywhere in Belarus, and the dishes were served in some kind of archaic order. The service is at a low level.

A very atmospheric place!
It is cozy, sincere and delicious here. There is no intrusive loud modern "music", but pleasant Italian motifs are playing. The menu has a large selection of dishes and drinks with pleasant prices.
I recommend it for romantic meetings, family gatherings and just when you want privacy.

Disappointment!
The pizza is cooked disgustingly. It's burnt , the mushrooms just fall off in piles. The sauce is too liquid and the absence of one of the ingredients is detected by the facts of serving.

We were downstairs on the ground floor. We visited for the second time, so I liked it the first time. Very cozy atmosphere and interior. Live music: beautiful and not intrusive. Delicious. Pleasant service.
They took a cheese plate and wine. As a result, there were no grapes, dried fruits, tomatoes and artichokes in the cheese plate. When the waiter asked where the promised ingredients from the menu were, they received the answer that the menu was just old, but now they put more cheese and meat instead. Of course, I would like to see an order from the menu on my table or change it - it's kind of strange🤷♀️
Everything is difficult with tea: the first time we ordered from bergamot, we received an ordinary black bagged tea and there was not even a smell of bergamot.
The second time we ordered berry, I asked if it was sugar-free, they said yes. But in the end it was diluted sweet jam.
The wine was not taken from cheap, the chardonnay of the USA is disgusting (the taste of chardonnay is not felt at all, but the alcohols are off the scale, I do not recommend it). Last time I took Spain, it really tasted like chardonnay and a pleasant wine.
According to live music: the woman on the piano played just a delight, the girl sang, too, I really liked it. The guy on the saxophone also played very beautifully, only loudly...since when you come to an institution, you want to talk calmly, and not yell in each other's ears.
The service is good: this time there was only one girl who stood up for everyone: for the bartender, for the cloakroom attendant and for the administrator, but there were few people and she coped. And from the outside, of course, it looked strange and felt sorry for her.

We ordered 2 pastas, specified the waiting time, the waiter answered in 15 minutes. In fact, more than 30 have passed. Pasta was brought to my husband. I don't. This is not normal for a self-respecting institution.
Sea buckthorn tea is kind of tasteless, it shouldn't be like that. The beer is sour. The pasta that was brought to me was thrown onto a plate, the serving is in the photo. Neatly laid out food was brought to her husband and to the neighboring tables. But that's not all. The champignons in the pasta were terribly salty. The chicken is over-dried. It was impossible to eat. They told the waiter. She replied that she would pass it to the kitchen. Amazing reaction. If you are trying (judging by the price tag) to position yourself as a decent institution, meet the minimum standard of service.

I bow low to the waiters, they know the menu, the composition perfectly well, they will prompt and advise everything. The only thing that upset me was the girl who sings. The repertoire should be tailored to your capabilities, half of the songs are like that, if you're not in Italy, but at a wake. Half past the notes. As a person who graduated from a musical gymnasium, it was very hard for me to listen to all this, and the guys immediately noticed. I would recommend just background Italian music, or find musicians playing Italian folk instruments and then it will be one of the best institutions in the Republic!

Now about the bad news:
Let's designate us as guest 1 and guest 2. We joined the shift on 05/19/2023 ~ from 19:40 - 20:50. I ordered pizza (tartufo), guest 2 ordered Bologna soup. Guest 2 immediately asked the waiter about the presence of cheese in the ordered dish and asked to exclude any cheese from the dish, to which the waiter gave full consent. When guest 2 was served a dish (Bolognese Soup), it was even visually visible the presence of grated cheese on top. The waiter, when serving, independently identified the problem (in the form of the presence of cheese) and said that he would ask to remove the cheese from the soup. One minute later, a "new" soup "without cheese" was served, with cheese on the edges of the plate without cheese on the surface, but with the visual and actual presence of cheese inside the soup. (That is, the waiter tried to correct the fakap and informed the cook, but the latter just mixed the cheese powder into the soup and gave it back!!!) It's clear that it was the evening of May 9th and a lot of guests came, but it's super not professional! Especially if the guest has an allergy (thank God there is no such thing, but if there was?!). There are no complaints about the waiter, they saw it themselves, they tried to fix it themselves, but the kitchen set it up. That evening, I wanted to calmly finish my wine and leave without having a showdown with the waiters (it was lucky that guest 1 ordered pizza without cheese and guest 2 was able to exchange orders with him), but now I want to warn other people. I also want the kitchen management to pay attention and warn the chefs that there may be guests with allergies to some products, they cannot simply be ignored and tried to disguise in case of an error.

We were in the Trattoria on May 7 and 8, 2023. If you could put a million stars, the restaurant is worthy of it! Professional and very friendly staff, food is the food of the gods! We tried 4 types of pizza, 3 types of pasta, desserts and homemade wine. Everything is at the highest level, very tasty, as if I had come to Italy. We especially recommend dessert for a large company of Angioletti - a huge plate of fresh airy delicate donuts with caramel chocolate sauce. Many thanks to the administrator Maria and the waiter Polina - girls, you brought a special touch of Italy to our trip to Grodno! Thank you so much, we hope to see you soon!

Well, this place can't be called an Italian restaurant at all. Pizza Margarita is some kind of misunderstanding, firstly: the dough is definitely not for pizza, secondly: the tomato sauce was poured in such an amount that it turned out to be a soup inside the pizza, and some pieces of mozzarella floated in this soup. Imagine how it tastes.I'm not exaggerating, it's a pity there are no photos, I've never seen this before, I've been to Italy many times and in Europe, in the post-Soviet countries, but this is the first time.
The Gnocchi left about the same impression. I was especially impressed that the martadella is simply laid out on top, as if you had opened a package of store-bought cuts and put three pieces on top yourself. It tastes like something from a store.
At the same time, food prices are not at all small, which is completely unjustified. It's unclear where so many good reviews come from, this is definitely not an Italian restaurant. Maximum diner.

Since I was in Grodno as a tourist, the institution had one attempt, and as a result, not the most pleasant memories remained.
I ordered a gorgonzola pizza, but there was no gorgonzola in the pizza I brought. To be precise, two of the eight pieces had dot inclusions of something similar to gorgonzola (it felt like dry cheese was poured with two dots or the cook specially cut two pieces of gorgonzola, one gram each). And this is very strange for gorgonzola pizza, despite the fact that the prices in this trattoria are very high even by the standards of St. Petersburg.
There are 2 points for the food, the rest is 4, but still the main thing in this case is the food.
