Complaint: Ordered in the app, approached twice, asking: is our order ready?, we get the answer: it will be ready in 10 minutes. We approach for the third time and the cashier's answer surprises: We cancelled your order, but the money was not refunded. I had to re-order through the cashier. We lost an hour of our time waiting, we are very disappointed.

The best Doners and pizza in my opinion, plus it is very convenient on the same floor you can order coffee and rolls from this company and while Doner and rolls are being prepared, sit and drink coffee!!!
