I paid for two pizzas. There were 4 tables occupied in the half-empty hall, and the waiting time was 40 minutes. I was surprised, but decided to wait anyway. After 50 minutes, two burnt pizzas arrived. To my question, the waiter girl replied that it was not a burnt pizza, but simply could not be fried in another way in the oven. And he doesn't see a problem at all. She also turned out to be an administrator and with big eyes wondering what was wrong with pizzas. I didn't feel any desire to smooth out the conflict, to offer options. They brought pizza-eat it. I do not recommend it. For a long time, with delays, lazily and a complete lack of tact
The place is great, delicious pizza, the staff is kind, however, when I asked to book a table for 7 people and we arrived at the appointed time. Our pre-order was ready, but there were no seats. I had to wait for the other guests to leave.
How many times I visited this institution, I was satisfied so many times.
It so happened that around December 2023, the main and possibly the only cook of this institution had to visit my place of work. We started talking. And I was pleased to hear about the human attitude of the bosses towards their employees, the stable supply of high-quality products, as well as about many minor but pleasant features in relation to their employees.
As a consumer, I really like pizza itself. There doesn't seem to be anything special about it, but the possibility of pickup, consistently good quality, friendly and vigilant staff in total make this cafe the most desirable to visit.
Unfortunately, there are also disadvantages: Well, to begin with, the territory of the room itself is not very large, so there are not too many tables inside and the restroom is located only in the neighboring building.
And the previously mentioned disadvantage is in the form of a TV with regular broadcasts... “well yeah. I also think that if there were even cheap acoustics with a constantly playing playlist and/or the ability to choose your track for a penny, then it would be better than it is now.
Next, I will pay attention to the "competent" commentators:1) The fact that there are a lot of fillings, and the dough is thin, cannot be a minus, because this is a sign that the institution does not spare the fillings and pities you, reducing the amount of carbohydrates consumed and the risk of diabetes mellitus.
2) I have not observed a single live cockroach (dried and steamed as well)
And also in case the establishment suddenly has
