A cozy atmospheric pizzeria with a wide selection of dishes and drinks. We were completely delighted with the shrimp and salmon pizza and the Colosseum pizza. It is delicious, satisfying and the fillings were not spared. I liked the Becherfruit cocktail from the drinks. Refreshing with a pleasant bitterness.
The musical accompaniment is gorgeous. Thanks for Celentano.
The staff is friendly, polite and attentive to their guests. At the same time, absolutely unobtrusive service.

We recently visited the pizzeria "Parmesan" and were delighted with the delicious pizza and cozy atmosphere. The service was top-notch, the pizza turned out to be very tasty, the dough is thin and crispy, and there are a lot of fillings and they are perfectly combined. I especially liked the pizza with pineapple and ham — you can just lick your fingers! The interior of the establishment is stylish and modern, and the prices are quite reasonable. We will definitely come back here again!

Let's start with the kitchen:
Pizza couldn't surprise in any way, we were waiting for more. The tortilla is delicious, there is not much cheese in the Caesario pizza, although the salad was put on each share of the pizza, but it was quite large, which was why it was not very convenient. 6.5/10
Wine: semi-dry red wine was ordered. It came with the pizza. While eating, they noticed a strange aroma of alcohol. When they started tasting the wine itself, it turned out to be "not edible". It smelled like alcohol, both in smell and taste. It didn't even just smell like alcohol, but rather it looked like alcohol with a taste of wine. Italian wines are not famous for "good" wine, but it was somehow particularly outstanding. From the menu, I recommend taking a closer look at blended from France, there is not much to choose for bottling. 2/10 - outright swill.
Desserts: strong 9.5/10. The cheesecake is one of the best in Mogilev, tender, creamy, did not disintegrate and did not crumble - which is what a cheesecake should be. But the taste is more lemon in the name, it was more of a classic. But it's more of a quibble, the cheesecake is good.
Strudel really surprised me. An interesting shape, airy, but there is little filling. It went very well with ice cream and topping. The puff pastry is tender and pleasant, with a light and thin crispy crust, like in a freshly baked croissant.
Tea. Sea buckthorn felt good, there was an unobtrusive sourness. There are three servings per person in the teapot. On my own, I would like to add that it would be nice to see sea buckthorn with orange and cinnamon (maybe as an option on the menu), because the tea is pleasant and light, and I would like to see more variations of hot cocktails with sea buckthorn.
Atmosphere: music for 9/10. Pleasant, calm, but a little loud. However, in combination with people's conversations, a special entourage is created in the institution. The interior on the 8th floor is in calm warm tones, with elements of "Italy". However, you can't take a photo at the window - the lighting is not quite suitable for this, but it performs its function and complements the interior.
Staff: Met, offered a menu, served. Everything is fine, there is not much to add.

I didn't like the service: as soon as we paid off, the waitress started changing napkins, reaching across the table between us while we were still sitting at it, while there were empty seats in the hall. At the entrance, they did not ask how many people there would be, I had to tell them myself to bring an additional menu.

We visited the Parmesan cafe today, it's not the first time we've been here, we were always happy, but today we were very surprised. I put 3 points out of 10, we ordered a Caesario pizza for 19.90, honestly, in this pizza the meat played hide-and-seek with us, 2 tomatoes and 2 eggs, and I'm generally silent about lettuce leaves, as if I ate not a pizza, but a bun, really like a cat cried. The mulled wine is very sweet, syrup was added - it was superfluous.
As a result, we spent 38p — we will not return anymore!
In the end, the official smelled so much of cigarettes that it was impossible to breathe 5 meters away.
