A huge territory, many buildings, a rich number of rooms, it is possible to choose rooms on a budget. Also, when paying in cash, you can bargain)), ask for a discount, they will do it without any problems.
The rooms vary quite a lot from building to building, so if you didn't like it right away, you can ask to show another one and choose a better room. We had a 2-room suite. They cleaned it every day.
The only problem is a very bad internet connection. It's a little hard to watch movies), but the zooms/video calls worked fine.
An excellent location for those who (like me) are hypothetically afraid of a tsunami, the hotel is located in the middle of the peninsula, on a fairly high elevation.
In general, 4 because of the Internet.
Well, the breakfasts are so-so. There are few fruits and food for 3.
But the price/quality ratio is very decent.

A very good place for families with children. Large spacious rooms a la apartments with a refrigerator, tiles, cleaned, there is a kindergarten on the territory, it takes 15 minutes to go to the sea, which is sand, massage, clean and in which you can swim calmly without waves and dirt (who was in Bali, I will go what a pain it is.)

The best offer in its category. It is convenient if you stop for a long time. It has its own large territory, a kitchen in the room, a small refrigerator, a balcony or a small terrace. I can't hear the neighbors! The restaurant has a Russian menu. When I lived, there were sooo many Russian speakers with their chat! It is better to book directly or through friends.

A great hotel for your money.
Breakfast is included in the monthly fee.
There is a large swimming pool, a small gym.
The territory is well maintained.
One of the disadvantages is that it is far from shops, pharmacies, etc. you need to use a taxi or take a bike.
