I bought herbs in Kropyvnytskyi through the website on the website planetrav.com.ua . Underweight on the grass, white Lapchatka in one package is 17 grams where the package is only 50 grams. In another package, the collection of herbs for thyroid disease is underweight 27 grams! I contacted the store at +380 (95) 732 39 33. The girl had the audacity and accused me that maybe I had a package of 30 grams instead of 50, although I sent her a photo on Viber that I had a package of 50 grams and the second one was 100 grams. They didn't want to solve the situation. I called her and she started raising her voice at me. Terrible service. Terrible communication with clients. They do not solve the issue when they are to blame. You can't trust this store because they won't even lift a finger.
