The first time we came to them for a stroller. We immediately decided to order a crib and a chest of drawers for the nursery from them. The timing was already tight, it was the last weeks of pregnancy. We left an order for a cot and a chest of drawers (not available). They left the phone. They said that they would be delivered quickly on Tuesday (the order was made on Saturday). Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. No phone call, nothing. I'm writing in Viber, asking when the stroller will be. They said next Tuesday-Wednesday. We are waiting for another week, the same situation. No call, no message to Viber. I'm writing again when there's a crib and a chest of drawers. To which they answer me, "There is no money to order, the warehouse is full of goods, there is nowhere to store"!!! My husband and I were surprised by this turn of events, we were ready to give money for the first time. And as for there is no place on the cliff - the husband says, "as soon as you receive the goods, dial, we will drive up and immediately transfer them to our car." The response from the seller was unclear. We waited another week, I was already in the hospital. I call them from the hospital and say, "what's with our order?" To which we were told, if you want, you can buy elsewhere!!! The horror!!!! How is that? Fortunately, my husband went to Minsk, and bought our goods there cheaper, with the best quality of service.
A year has passed, we went to choose a car seat for the child with our mother-in-law. On the way to the store, my mother-in-law warned that the service there was terrible. But the mother-in-law did not expect that it could be so disgusting that she left the store and said, don't set foot there anymore!!! We arrived, I immediately went to look at the car seats. I agreed with the saleswoman that I would try to put the child in the chairs, since our child is moody, and not every chair sits. When I went to get the child, the male seller began to make a joke-Threatening: "If you get it dirty, buy it right away!!! You can't take pictures!!!" What does the photo have to do with it???? Such an idea did not occur to us. Why would we take a picture of a child in a store in someone else's car seat??? Our child was wearing socks, still not walking, clean. It's sunny outside and it's not wet!!! And then even worse, when we asked to show how the backrest in the car seat descends, we were told that we did not know!!!! My mother-in-law has already begun to resent that you are a seller and do not know!????? To which they replied, "No, we don't know, I understand strollers, but not car seats!" Moreover, it was obvious that they did not want to help us in the sale, they did not like that we wanted to try on a child to plant. I myself took the heavy car seats (9 kg) off the shelf and put them on myself. This man didn't even come up to us.!!!! He wasn't rude, but I could tell by his tone that he was mocking us.

The choice is a choice, but the price in the store is more expensive than you can buy somewhere else or in the store. The service is TERRIBLE!!! I feel sorry for such people who are so rude to customers. Despite the fact that I am always very calm, I trust people very much and I will never say a bad word or a bad word.
