I highly do not recommend this company, we placed an order in mid-November 2022, and closed the issue with them at the end of January 2023, the windows were made on time and everything was fine until the moment of installation, on the day of installation of 3 products 2 with jambs, the door was mistaken when measuring and made 5 cm less than necessary and when installing the master window, the double-glazed window burst, they worked very hastily and not carefully.I was offered compensation for the door and repair of the double-glazed window, I decided to go to a meeting and agreed to all their conditions and then the story began to spin, I was assigned a day when they should come to pick up the double-glazed window for repair, I warned that there was no heating in the house and I was going there from another city, but it was freezing outside and I couldn't they told me to wait a long time there that they would be from 12:00-14:00, as a result, I waited for them from 12:00 to 17:00, they called me and said that they would not go because it was late and the weather was bad, I was completely shocked by this act and went to their office to express my indignation,I was given a phone call with the director , who promised to sort out the issue and tomorrow they will dial me and tell me what and how, as a result, I waited all day for a call and they didn't even call me. I had to constantly come and call the office myself, I was constantly put off for later since I had already deposited the money and the company was not interested, a month later they finally took the double-glazed window away from me for repair, after the repair it came in an irregular state of cutting the windings with tape, and inside there were inflows of sealant, I demanded its replacement after which the company transferred me to the manufacturer of the double-glazed window and only after the manufacturers contacted me, they changed the double-glazed window to a new one, but after it was installed and I washed it, I found several points of sealant between the glasses, I no longer had the strength to achieve something, I closed my eyes to everything that would no longer get involved with this office.In my experience, Stylish Windows has extremely non-professional installers who only think about how to earn money and leave as soon as possible, the manager does not care about reputation and customers, and office staff are also not interested in your problem!
