the seller is not smart and not adequate, does not understand,requires some documents for headphones when they are inside the box, he told me that he would not accept them without a check, why would he need a check when all the documents are there,tech support said no need to check,then when they called to deal with him, he said that he was no longer by weight they fit and this is not the original, when he did not even look at them, the question is how did he understand the weight when he did not even look at them, and no one checks the weight this is nonsense, the first sign of inadequacy, the second sign of inadequacy requires documents when they are in a box, requires a receipt that is not needed,and then lies to technical support that no matter how they fit in weight, no one checks this by weight, I hope measures will be taken
