I live on 9 mkr myself and I know how it is there
1.all the plastic swings broke, even managed to break the wooden one
2. everything is painted with graffiti
3.bad lawn

Since I live in the 9th microdistrict.I can know for sure and tell you everything.
Let's start with the pros:
+These sites are at least more or less alive
+It is located next to the church,shops,opposite the fountain
+Quite such a large area
And the cons:
- The playgrounds in the yard are terrible and broken
- Half of the sites have been destroyed and their paint has faded
- There is nothing at all in one of the courtyards
