Perhaps, this is the best gym in Tashkent that I've been to (I worked out in Buka and OzoneFC).

The PLAZA is just an incredible place to train! I have been visiting this gym for a year now, and I can say with confidence that this is the best place to exercise. It has everything you need for effective training: modern equipment, spacious halls, a great atmosphere and, of course, professional trainers.
I especially want to highlight Coach Zafar - he is a true professional in his field! He always closely monitors my workouts, corrects exercises, supports and motivates me. Thanks to his help, I have achieved excellent results and feel energized!
Thanks to Plaza and Coach Zafar for helping me achieve my athletic goals! I recommend this gym to anyone who wants to exercise at a high level.

Simulators of all possible types are available and everything is new. There is no hustle, cleanliness, beautiful interior and pleasant atmosphere all around. The price is average, although there are no towels and shower gel and the locker room is a little cramped. There is a sports nutrition bar, but I didn't use it.

One of the few advantages of this institution is its exercise equipment. They are really good. But that's not the task, you can't work out normally on them, because the staff of this institution will insult you with pleasure and kill the whole mood to work out. After all, if you decide to give your best, yes, or just dry off, you will be told that you sweat too much in the gym and because of what you smell like sweat. My words sound absurd, but they are. Then why go there? I don't understand. Perhaps the only problem is that I have a male gender, because with female clients, the staff of this institution have a very nice conversation. Maybe I made a mistake and don't understand something, maybe this is a place for dating and flirting? Yes, it's none of my business who does what, I would calmly do myself if there was no such clowning in this institution. If this is read by the management of this institution, then since your staff is so sensitive, let them wear masks, well, or make normal ventilation (if anything, it practically does not work for you) or put air fresheners.

I'm new to this room, I moved here from a more expensive segment, since it's much closer to home, and I don't regret it))) the hall is not very big, but it has everything you need! The air conditioning is good, I hope it will be the same in summer. The showers and changing rooms are clean, I also hope that it will continue to be so))) The system of operation of the sports bar has not been improved a little, you have to pay for everything on the spot, and for this you need to take your wallet with you to the gym, it would be more convenient if you pay for all this at the reception when leaving the hall.

The gym is great. The staff is partially good too, but not all of it... Everything is neat, clean, good exercise equipment, but... The prices for the men's subscription are quite expensive. Because even in Chekhov you can get cheaper. And Chekhov is still a higher class.

The room can be hot and stuffy. the temperature, according to their thermometer, reaches 24. I think this is a lot. The coaches say that if you turn on the air conditioner it will be cold.
When the drops started on the street, then in the gym too) there were small puddles in places, which were diligently wiped by the coach.
Another disadvantage is the terrible smell in the changing rooms from the sewer, in the lobby you could also feel this ambergris. this is apparently being fought only with the help of an air freshener. But the effect is not long-lasting.
Some unscrupulous customers do not wipe their shoes, as a result of which the dirt on the floor and you have to call the cleaners to clean up. Shoe covers would solve the problem, but they are not(
Otherwise, the hall is excellent. New simulators, new repairs. The location is good, there are several buses, taxis, and a large parking lot. All the necessary simulators are available. Well, maybe body bars and rolling simulators (rollers, studded balls) then not a gym, but a fairy tale))) in addition to the disadvantages above. I can't comment on prices, someone is normal, someone is expensive.
I've been going there for the first month. And this month was autumn-winter. I don't know what will happen in spring and summer. decide for yourself whether or not to go to the Plaza.
